As somebody here said before the real thing is nothing like the pictures. Room was not the cleanest same as the bathroom. The stuff is unprofessional, they mostly don’t care and are very slow at their work. There is supposedly a lot of food but most of it is disgusting and not fresh. Same thing with restaurants. They literally have like 5 dishes on the menu and mostly we were waiting more than an hour for our order which is absolutely insane! And even the food at the restaurants are not so good. I haven’t eaten anything delicious then and hardly ever sth was good. Not recommend! Absolute waste of money.

My first time out of the country and I entered my room the first night to flooding a musty smell and cockroaches - more roaches the second day - needed fumigation so I couldn’t use my room for a few hours - tv was not working for 4 days - lock on door broken no working iron or blow dryer fridge was stocked with expired chocolate bars these are a few of the issues I had.

My boy had a memorable time here. Weather was nice except on the first and last days when it rained a bit. Food was usually good but more local fruits and dishes would make it more exotic. Room was not right for us. Nice beaches. We like that it has trains taking us around. Staffs were nice. No self service snack or drink machines. For the price, I expected a lot more from the resorts. So the experience didn’t match up with the price.

I had the best Spa experience at Zentropia in the Grand Palladium Resort! Prior to the massage, I was treated to a very Zen relaxation time laying on a warm water bed. It gave me time to unwind and relax before my massage treatment. After I enjoyed the rest of the Spa facilities. WOW!

My family and I arrived on Monday for a week long vacation. We all had an enjoyable time and did not want to leave. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. We even received calls in our room a few times checking on us. There are so many amenities that we didn't get to try them all. The number of pools was great especially with the one dedicated for the little ones. We also enjoyed the beach and spa. We absolutely frequented the bar and had many staff that were really like family to us (Juan Yenry, Elvis, Yessenia, Yafreisi and one other guy that I can't recall his name). I loved the patio on our room and the proximity to the beach and pool. Getting dinner reservations for the a la carte places wasn't at all easy as by the time we arrived most places were already booked. I can't wait to return.
