    Andaz maui overall resort experience was really good. However, the breakfast spread and quality was a disappointment for a 5 star hotel. Other than that the overall staff was really good. In terms of rooms they were little below par with bath tubs missing, had to ask for microwave which i was not told about u can get in your room. I think overall guest experience can be improved.

    Stayed here for the first time and for only one night. Service was top notch hotel was top quality. Breakfast was probably the best we had of any hotel. Pools were unique and beach access nearby. Excellent views and incredible suite of a room.

    The hotel is understaffed, not clean and charges way too much in daily fees and for food on top of the daily room rate. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. There are plenty of other hotels in the area.

    We’ve stayed at the Andaz a couple of times for staycations. We love staying here because the hospitality has always been sincere & gracious. Tonight was my daughter’s birthday and we went to the Andaz for an overnight stay. The problem was at the end of the evening the valet approached us as we got into our car. He was very upset because we parked in the wrong place. ( we didn’t see any signage saying it was for valet only) I can understand the reason he was upset. He wanted to move our car to accommodate important people. He said that we made his night very hard. I felt bad for him until he cursed at us. He said “You have no idea how F*#+king long I tried to find the keys to your car!” I’ve been mad at people before... but I know if I cursed at them I crossed the line and may lose my job. Definitely showed us no respect because we weren’t rich tourists!!! No class at all. A fun birthday evening ending with a rude valet. After the island being shut down, I’m sure they’re are a lot of people who would want his job & would be respectful.

    Nice resort with great beach and good food. The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms are modern and nicely decorated, but the shower has a strange second opening that causes water to leak out. Due to Covid restrictions, understandably, the restaurant availability was much reduced. Reducing 1 star as our room faced a live construction site literally next to our window.
