Roger made our dinners at Las Playas very special. He made our kids laugh and have so much fun! You can't beat the view, the service, or the food. We got small plates of everything and enjoyed all the deserts. The kids enjoyed the plain options like buttered pasta as an alternate to the adventurous buffet options.

One of the best cultural oriented all inclusive hotels you will find. Second time visiting and just keeps getting better! Had the best time with my wife. Food, hospitality, our concierge Deyanira helped us out with all the reservations needed and was always there for us, the parks are great and are all Included with your stay. The shows at Xcaret Park (Mexico Espectacular) a must see show & Teatro del Rio (which is a four course meal and as you eat you enjoy a spectacular show), reservation is needed for this one, are top notch. Highly recommended.

The Xcaret Hotels by themselves are amazing, we as a family love them. The staff, installations, food, etc. everything is so nice and beautiful but they have partnered with an awful company that is Mexico Destination Club. Avoid at all costs signing any membership contract with them, I was offered several benefits that proved to be a lie, or to be able to have them you have to pay even way more money, more membership hidden on other companies, etc. I am an active member and just now tried to contact them for clarification on some benefits they closed the chat. Please avoid this, I have tried all other channels of communication and I will make the best summary of the membership which is, if you go there once a year you will probably be at the end of your membership term on a positive balance but honestly do not believe for a second any other of the benefits that they offer. I would like to add that my visit was back on Jan 2023, unfortunately, I can't go back that far to select that date but that goes to show how long I was hoping to see any benefit to the membership which I am chained to continue paying for at least 3 more years.

The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. The best and most consistent service from all staff members. The cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at - not just the rooms, but all areas. The best maintained hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The all-inclusive food was so good, it’s hard to believe we weren’t eating at high end restaurants. A special mention to customer service managers Eduardo and Maia who made our stay even better arranging trips and meals as well as providing help and advice very quickly and in a very friendly and welcoming manner. The first time I have ever visited anywhere and my expectations were exceeded beyond imagination - we will definitely be returning.

Mishelle, Marco, and Juan made our honeymoon special while doing kayaking around the resort. We came back to a special drink! This was in contrast with some of the other feelings of service and understanding considering we were supposed to be at xcaret arte. We will give them 4 stars because of these 3 and Claudia’s attempt to correct the mistakes in reservations or whatever.
