Will not return because the buffet breakfast and lunch food was horrible and VERY LOW QUALITY. The dinner restaurants were good but all the snack places and buffet were horrible.

Nice hotel, perfect seashore. Sand on the beach must be improved, soil is very rocky. Staff is very friendly, Janet and Jaidyd were organising beach volleyball matches with lot of people

Pool staff at Caribe are the best!! Very entertaining and always on point they even remember our names! Restaurant food is amazing. Issac is especially amazing from the entertainment team! Some issues with our room but was always corrected promptly

We just got back from a week at the Caribe. We had a fantastic holiday. We upgraded from junior suite swim up to bigger suite swim up. We absolutely loved it. Our room was cleaned everyday and the fridge was stocked. We made sure to leave a tip for the staff. The staff working at the premium lounge were always very helpful, quick checkin and checkout. They were all awesome! Joel Hernandez at the Caribe buffet was so wonderful. Every morning he’d make sure I had my Mexican coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. I can’t say enough about the staff that work at the buffet. Everyone was so wonderful. The pools were awesome and I loved the aqua fit classes. This resort is so clean. We travelled with 55 people for my nephews wedding and none of us got sick. I would definitely go back. Thanks to westjet vacations for the awesome flights there and back direct to Ottawa. *****

We really enjoyed our time at the resort at the end of our trip through Mexico. It’s a perfect way to enjoy Mexican sun and music. The resort is very clean, the rooms are spacious and there is much space around the pools. Very nice views on the beach. The staff is very friendly, especially at the buffet and the pool. Muchas gracias to Isaac at the pool for the nice conversations!
