THE VIEW FROM MY ROOM WAS GREAT THAT WAS THE BEST PART OF MY STAY THE VIEW. THE BED WAS OK. THE PILLOWS WERE TO SOFT AND NOT FULLY ENOUGH MY JACUZZI TUB WAS NASTY NEED TO BE CLEANED EVEN THE JETS WERE DIRTY. THERE WERE ROACHES IN THE BUFFETT AREA AROUND THE FOOD STATIONS WHERE THEY COOKED YOUR FOOD COOK TO ORDER AND AT THE LOBBY BAR. COULDNT RALLY EAT AT THE BUFFET LIKE I WANTED TO BECAUSE I SAW ONE EVERY NIGHT I WENT IN THERE TO EAT. I HAD TO EAT LIGHTLY OR AT THE JERK HUT. THIS MADE MY ANNIVESARY TRIP A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING. THE POOL WASNT THE CLEANEST THERE WAS LIKE A RING OF MOLD LOOKING RING AROUND IT AND THERE WAS A SLIPPERY FILM ON IT THAT MADE IT SLIPPERY. WILL I RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY ONE NO. NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR SHOULDNT BE CALLED A 5 STAR

This trip was ok this time around not as fun as I wanted it to be. The pool was great. Ashdaine Bennette one of the best butler there always everyday check on us even though we did not stay on the luxury side this time. Ashdaine is great at what he does and he does not limit himself. His service is great. Donnette my house keeper is very attentive and is great at what she does I love her towel decors. Thanks a million Ashdaine (Butler) and Donnette (House keeper) we appreciate you both.

Very dated resort, no food varieties for vegetarian n vegan. Rooms are so small n old. Pools closes very early. Not good entertainment at night time. Disco wasn't good.

This was our second visit and we went with our adult kids this time. We love it! The staff is so friendly and helpful - we had good mornings from every staff member we met on our way to breakfast. The AC didn't work for about 24 hours, but the breeze was wonderful when we opened the door to the corridor and the sliders to the covered porch - as did our opposing neighbors. Of course the fast ice service and rum in the room certainly helped. We totally enjoyed the buffets - there is something for everyone and lots of local specialties so fun to try new things. We did try several of the a la cart restaurants too and found the service very attentive and good choices on the menus. The day time entertainment was so much fun. The entertainers got the crowd involved in games and dancing and even pool foam. So much energy! The pools were great, I generally parked my husband on a lounge chair in the shade by the pool - and there were plenty of options by the pool or on the beach. My daughter in law gave us towel clips - I recommend you bring some with you. I usually went down to the nicely protected swim area and had some great finds snorkeling. There are plenty of fish to see and I was fortunate to spot 2 eels, a conch, a ray and lots of encrusting corals, urchins, some anenomes and what reefers call 'frogspawn' coral. Its a great place to snorkel, some coral heads, sea grass areas, sandy areas and a wall. I would highly recommend getting a snorkel, mask and fins from the water sport facility put on some reef safe sunblock and enjoy exploring. I would recommend walking around the whole facility early the first morning you are there to get oriented. We were on the adult side only the previous year and I did not explore that much. This year I took the time to look at everything and it is a beautiful walk. Special kudos to the staff for checking us in and out so quickly and getting us on the right bus or shuttle to and from the airport and excursions. The first year we rented a car - big mistake. These guys know what they are doing and driving on the wrong side of the road is just not a good idea for the uninitiated.
