Had a wonderful stay, the staff made the trip so much more special for my son and I for our birthdays. Namely Cesar Lopez that went above and beyond by creating a little birthday party for us, with cake, balloons, candles and all!! We cannot thank you enough Cesar, you are a wonderful human being!! ??
Barcelo Puerto vallarta bartender rocks it!

Edgar Rodriguez at the Barcelo puerto vallarta main bar was phenom! He was so patient with people coming in with HUGE yeti tumblers (something I don't understand, I take the regular 16 oz size) and when I asked for his specialty drink, he knocked it out of the park.

Can't beat this location! Ocean, jungle, mountain, and river! Clean, good food, and very friendly staff.

Service from Alejandro and Kevin at the front desk was exceptional throughout the entire trip, the two were extremely helpful the entire week we were here. The bar tenders were efficient while making drinks for me and my friends. Would recommend

Alejandro and Kevin are the best!!!! Very awesome!!!! We had lots of fun here. The pool was great as well as the bar service. The events on the resort were very fun as well. I highly suggest coming to this resort. It wasn’t too crowded either. The view from the room was excellent as well
