This was our second visit to this resort, we stayed here back in July of 2023. This time we stayed in their Elegance Plunge Pool suite and the view was beautiful. Our butler Leonardo was so attentive and would always check in on us, he made our stay ten times better. Our butler from last year, was terrible, told us to call front desk anytime we needed something so Leo was a great surprise. He made arrangements to have my room decorated for my birthday and went over and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions. The food and service were great with the exception of the lobby coffee/bar area. We asked for non dairy milk and the grumpy guy manning the coffee was rude and said they did not have any and he didn't even make the effort to find any. I wish they had a more extensive vegan menu, what they offer is fake meats, would have liked to see a more varied menu and creativity from the chefs in making healthier vegan options. One of the challenges with having food allergies at this resort is that you meet with the chef before every meal. The chefs will recommend and prepare food to accommodate your dietary restrictions but after a while, this process of meeting a chef three times a day gets old. Perhaps there's a better way of handling that. The resort and beach are beautiful and they do have a lot of weddings here. I did notice a decline in maintenance from last year, we saw that several of their beach beds had mold on them, and rooms and common areas needed some repairs and painting. Two things I would change/add: I would love to see a real coffee shop at this resort, like Coco's cafe at Secrets and Dreams resorts. That would be such a great addition. Lastly, perhaps not a popular opinion, but I feel that portable speakers should be allowed. Some of us go to the ocean to hear the waves and the peace and tranquility it brings. Listening to blaring music, from several guests is hardly relaxing.

Pro: Beautiful beach front resort, Service and food was good at the Japanese restaurant, room service was fast Cons: There was not a lot of variety of food choices, even though there were multiple restaurant to chose from, and the menu had limited options. Breakfast and lunch were the same daily, and we were sick of the food by the 3rd day. Disappointed in the Steak House services, we went twice and both times, the service was slow and the server was not attentive to our table. Entertainment was limited and was amateur with poor quality, and we left in the middle of the so-called “cirque de soleil” and the Tribute to Queen show and we never came back for the other ones. There was not a lot of activities planned for adults during the day. Pool closes at 6pm each day, which is way too early in our opinion.

Best experience at this resort. Karina was great. Her activities were the most fun. Especially the trivia. The entire staff was the most professional and attentive. Great food. Great drinks. And overall very helpful and attentive staff!

My stay is amazing and I had the pleasure of meeting Victor who so nice and helpful. The food is unbelievably good and so much to do. Highly recommend!

Very fun, relaxing, experience thanks to the entertainment hosted by Karina! Good food, fun vibes, good drinks, good time, clean resort, friendly workers. Pool space is nice & the beach as well. The spa is relaxin, there is entertainment every night as well
