We recently stayed for a Principal training for Principals all over Jamaica. We had a top tier service overall at this hotel. My favourite restaurant was the Japanese one I think it's called Mikada. The restaurant manager George is a wonderful gentleman. The server Devon and chef Natalie did a fantastic job. Well done workers and you have given me interest to return. Some other workers I want to highlight are Kevin and Amoy from Don Pablo restaurant. They served with grace and dignity. The restaurant Director Mr Wilson your doing a exceptional job and it's demonstrated in your demeanor and the service that these restaurants provides. Ms Siddy( she wears pink and white) just seeing you making the environment clean for us is commendable. You greeted us and made us feel comfortable when we made contact. Well done team at Bahia Principe!!! I will surely recommend and return. Awesome service!!!!!!

Was a great experience nice staff also looking forward to going back wish I stayed longer the food was amazing also the night life on property was good I enjoyed it also made new friends also they have a 24/7 food bar which I enjoyed a lot can’t wait to go back

DO NOT GO!!!!!!!!! MY WIFE AND I MADE IT HOME LAST NIGHT BY THE GRACE OF GOD. THEY WONT PROVIDE UNCONTAMINATED FOOD OR DRINKS. THAT IS BAISC. AS FOR THE REST JUST LIKE THERE PICS. THE FOOD IS A SERIOUS concern. Beyond that sex trafficking, rampant drug dealing. It was sureal!! They would not let us leave. I forced my way out and booked at another property and spent another $500. We couldn't get clean food and I had food posing for 5 days and had to have something to eat. If you do decide to go please make sure you have international travel insurance just in case you have to be air lifted. We were close but by the Grace of God go I.

Place need to be run with people that are their to make your stay MAGIC..what hell it was...the beach ....WHAT BEACH.... had to wTHE ROOM was ....your bed. are to used...time to change the mattress...get new furniture...new sofa....new chaires...new little fridge...at the prise we all payed...neeed a moderne look...my grandmother has the same furniture...(40 years ago)...look at the PUNTA CANA hotel...it the same BRANCH...better room...better beach...better coffe machine...they have the big automatic machine....don't need your personnel that don't want to work..like jamaica was not what I was expecting...after going to the PUNTA CANA ... expecting the same thing....very disapp...onted in BAHIA PRINCIPE JAMAICA ....NEVER AGAIN...the food was away the same...your fruit..no choice PUNTA CANA had biger selection...for food and fruits....we all eat better in PUNTA CANA ...not JAMAICA....lound music all the time..the same one...change style...I don't think diserve a 5 sart ....with all the problems ...you derserve one(1) find another place their a new RIU...in JAMAICA ...time to change BRANCHS...
