The resort was the best we have stayed. The people from wait staff to housekeeping were all friendly and very accommodating. But one person that really stood out was Diany Mercedes, our butler. She made us feel at home and fulfilled all our request. Diany was the best!! She checked on us by text several times a day as well as finding us in person no matter where we were to make sure we had the best experience. She even made reservations for us at the Hibatchi show. She arranged transportation to Dreams for us to eat at a restaurant there. I just speak highly enough about here and how well she too care of us. Amatar transportation did an excellent job getting us from the airport to the resort and the return trip to the airport. The resort was very clean. The food was great. Our favorites were Olio and Blue Water Grill All the entertainment every night was excellent. The resort and our Butler, Diany come highly recommended.

On arrival everything ok. Friendly staff. Then they offer you extras to pay for! Preferred. More money. I had paid extra for a better room. Not enough sunbeds as everyone gets up early to grab these. Also some leave them with towels on all day whilst they go on a trip. Some people were having to sit on their towels as no loungers. When I booked this holiday via BA, I mentioned that it was our 25 year wedding anniversary. I mentioned it twice at the Hotel and received nothing. I mentioned it again at check out, must have been a human error! I reported that we didn't have any toiletries twice! Got them in the end twice and more. Food ok. Service good. Plenty of choice. Holiday just ok.

The resort is so beautiful. Eddy, our butler, made the entire trip more enjoyable. We did not have to worry about a single thing from meal reservations, assistance with daily activity, to guidance. Even with food allergies he was so attentive. We had a couple of issues with our room that he handled the repairs personally and seemingly instant! The beach is beautiful and the entertainment shows were fabulous. Thanks Secrets for an amazing vacation!

Went on a girlie trip the resort all in all was really nice room was good food was excellent plenty to choose from, some staff amazing. Apart from one member of the entertainment staff DARIO KEEP AWAY FROM HIM?? he did not leave us alone maybe because we were women on our own and took advantage he surely knows how to charm, he kept trying to put his arms around us not normal BEHAVIOUR and at one occasion asked if we can meet him after the theatre show so he can take us out of the resort to have a good time?? he made us feel so uncomfortable for our last 3 days PLEASE BE AWARE we thought he was skanky which Dominicans are known for. My regret was letting management know of this before I left, DARIO IS NOT GOOD FOR THIS RESORT.

Would definitely recommend this hotel! The staff and experience is 10/10, in particular Martires always looked after us! We really enjoyed the entertainment and all restaurants. Our favourite restaurant was the French! Will definitely be coming back here!
