Although the resort is beautiful, I believe for the price, there are other resorts to choose from. We had ocean view reserve room. There’s hardly any entertainment/activities. If there was, it wasn’t posted and app not updated

From check in to check out, the staff and experience were wonderful. The facilities are in great shape and the choice of restaurants is very good. The only thing I would have liked is for the A/C in my room to get colder. We had a conference there, as well, and the room and A/V were top notch. I was very impressed that at every restaurant they asked about food allergies and restrictions when you check in or ask to be seated. At the buffet, someone walked it with me, showing me which items had no gluten. There are symbols on many of the items (although I didn’t see a legend to know which is which - some were more obvious that others). They made me gluten free pancakes the first morning, which was nice, but they were small and had that gummy texture which is common. There was a section of the buffet with gluten free bread (which was a little crusty) and a muffin (I couldn’t really tell what kind, but it was fine for breakfast). At the fish restaurant, they brought me gluten free soy sauce for my sushi and there were gluten free dessert options. The staff is very attentive to our GF needs, better than most restaurants in the US.

We have been at least 5 Times at this hôtel. Great staff, great beach. But….we come here to relax and so disapointed about the new bubble theme and loud music at the pool. We were not the only ones unhappy. We want classy clientele. Also so annoyed with people talking on their phones on speaker??? No class. I dont want to hear your conversations. So their should be a policy and also a restricted area of no personnal music. Yes we are there …policys for stupid people.

Don't waste your money with the Reserve much better Paradisus Cancun. The only positive thing about the Reserve is Sante restaurant for lunch ( Cesar and Moses are amazing).

The food is amazing, I super recommend the Capella restaurant and the waitress José, he suggested the plate call Pesque Giorgio and it was the best I ever had. All the staff is very friendly. The appetizer was great (calamari), the wine is very good, i told him (Jose) that i like sweet wine and he right away suggested the Cabernet de La Casa. Then the dessert came and we suggested Tiramisu and I’m assuring you it’s very delicious, it tastes like homemade tiramisu. I strongly recommend the resort and all of their restaurants.
