María Victorio, one of the many managers is very attentive, professional and understanding of the guest needs. Joel at guest services made my stay very comfortable, he’s also very professional. The food is great and the staff is very friendly ??

The resort was clean and so nice. The food was good. We was able to try new foods. Make sure to visit the French restaurant. It was amazing. The rooms, the view, the bartenders were amazing. I give the resort a 5 in all areas. Again Ramon was the best. He handled our dinner reservations, massage appointment, outings.

First day here and it’s absolutely a mess. The resort its self is beautiful but the service is horrible. Waited hours for the room to be ready. Reception advised the room wouldn’t be ready for a while and said he was going to upgrade us so we wouldn’t have to wait any longer. He lied, and we waited another 40 mins for our regular room. Denied he ever told us about the upgrade but the couple next to us even heard him tell us about the upgrade. The tv doesn’t work in the room nor does the phone. Not 5 stars at all. If you do come here, don’t get room 1110.

We paid adults only section with private swimming pool but the room was really bad condition and it was smelling and we complained they said there’s no another room but when we first checked in they said hotel is half full anyway next day we complained again they put as on family section and I paid extra to stay in adults only section and it’s big different on price. The last day the room was flooded from rain they haven’t done anything i was trying to stop wit towels

Pinky, Francisco, Chocolate, Big Mamá, and Mini Copper were the highlight of our vacation at Lopesan! Their beach activities were always a hit with the whole family, and the neon party and coconut party were the perfect way to end the day…..
