We use to love staying at Cosmopolitan! It has one of the best views on the Strip and being able to get fresh air is a plus! We love going to all the different restaurants and can’t go wrong with the wicked spoon buffet. We upgraded our room to the Strip view suite 900sq ft room. Honestly it was not worth the upgrade. Every time we opened our sliding door all we can smell is weed. I didn’t opt in staying at a 5 star hotel to smell weed every time I go outside. The people next door partied all night and even sat outside smoking and partying. I honestly can say cosmo use to be my favorite hotels but now it’s just ghetto. More and more people choose this hotel so they can smoke weed on the balcony even though they say you can’t. We can even smell it just walking around the casino area. If you want a relaxing luxurious vacation? Cosmo is not it.

Our first time staying at the Cosmopolitan. We had reservations in a few years ago for our Son's 21st birthday, the kids stayed here and my husband and I stayed elsewhere. We had earned comped rooms from our last years play so we stayed 3 nights all comped no resort fees. Upon check in we looked at upgrading to a fountain view room for the $50 more a night but decided against it. the gentleman checking us in upgraded us to a 1 bedroom terrace room. the room was perfect and the view from the 56th floor was amazing. the soaking tub by the window was a great touch and I used it every night! We reserved a cabana at the Chelsea pool. Patrick and Carrie took great care of us and this was a perfect experience and the staff could not have been any nicer. We will be coming back for sure. There was a hiccup however with our stay. We try to only gamble at the property showing us love by comping us a room. We tried to do this at Cosmo, but Monday 5/10 and Tuesday 5/11 the computer system that issues the tickets at cashout was not working properly. Some machines printed the tickets but other/most would not take the tickets. the bill changes would not take them either and they had to be redeemed at the cashier. this was a big inconvenience for us. we decided to not let this ruin our evenings so we went across the street to Planet Hollywood. this is not something we wanted or planned on doing but we wanted to play and not have to worry about if the machine will work. we did play on Wednesday when things seemed to be working properly. We still had a great time and can't wait to go again. Thanks Cosmo, and sorry to have to bail to gamble.

Absolutely LOVED the Cosmo. We could not get married there a year ago (stupid Covid) but we had an awesome anniversary stay. We stayed in Room 2103 and had a great view of the Bellagio Fountain. Service was impeccable. We will be back

    Always Fabulous!

We always love staying at the Cosmopolitan. The location is right in the middle of everything and the views from the balconies is the best in Vegas! The restaurants are great and there is a good variety as well. The pools are relaxing and there is plenty of seating as well. Just an all around great vibe here. Beautiful and something unexpected around every corner. The Chandelier bar has a different theme on each level. There are at least 2 secret restaurants here to find.

Been a customer for years but seems to be going downhill

I like the Cosmo they have a great casino, and restaurants. But we’re currently staying here this weekend and having a bad time. We got in an elevator Friday evening and the entire floor was covered in vomit a half inch thick. It ruined my shoes, ruined my wife’s shoes and my wife slipped and partially fell in it ruining her outfit and completely ruining her mood and her night. Nobody was cleaning it up. Get back to our room still trying to hold back vomiting ourselves from how grossed out we were. I sit on our toilet for the first time and I’m stuck to it as if it’s covered in tree sap. I don’t understand why or what is on it for it to be like that. Further grossed out I jump in the shower and the drain is not working properly. So while overall the shower is ok Water is pooling up to my ankles and whatever disgusting stuff was washed down the drain for the last 100 guests is floating back up into the shower and onto my feet. Cosmo we have been customers of yours since you opened. You are better than this. Sincerely a very grossed out long time customer.
