Coconut Bay was absolutely amazing. There is not one thing that we could say that was bad about this place. The entire property was always spotless clean. Every single morning the grounds keepers were hard at it cleaning up anything that may had blown in overnight. The staff was absolutely amazing. Every single one of the staff members we encountered were so nice, welcoming, and determined that we had a good time. Every single one of them treated you exactly the same whether you were sitting at a bar tipping or just quickly grabbing a drink to go down to the beach. From what we saw, every staff member made sure every guest felt they were appreciated just to have us there. Our two bartenders that we regularly visited, Nick at the lobby bar and Kerry at the paradise beach bar never forgot our order and mixed our drinks perfectly every single time, as did every other bartender. There were so many activities always going on somewhere on the property so it was impossible to ever be bored. The nightly entertainment was amazing, very entertaining and kept you up as late as you could keep your eyes open for. Paradise Beach was absolutely amazing. We spent so much time down there swimming in the ocean, laying on the beach chairs, getting Kerry to mix us some amazing drinks. Tiffany, the wonderful lady that books excursions and activities, at the resort was wonderful. We went on 4 excursions while we were there for our stay and she went over and above booking our events (even to the point she got a last minute one booked for us!) The Rooms were spectacular. Always cleaned spotless by the amazing cleaning staff. We had Ms. Colette and she had our room spotless everyday. The food at all restaurants was amazing every single time. Coconut walk marketplace buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Silk for some fine dining Asian dinner, Calabash was amazing with their Caribbean fusion fine dining dinner menu. Trattoria for some Fine Dining Pasta. Flips Flops for some lunch and late night snacks, the fish burger is absolutely amazing. And in our opinion their best restaurant is the Jerk Treehouse, the best Jerk chicken and fish. Only downside to this restaurant is it’s only open from 12-5. We will 100% be coming back with our whole family the next time. This place was just spectacular and we cannot wait to go back. They deserve a 5 star rating and hopefully one day soon they go from being a 4 star resort to a 5 star because they deserve every bit of it.

We came to Coconut Bay on our honeymoon and as our taxi from the airport pulled up at the entrance, the driver said “welcome to paradise” …. oh how right he was!! We stayed in the Harmony rooms with garden view. The room was clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff do a great job and we loved the daily inspirational notes from Queensy. We also received a lovely bottle of bubbly and cake to mark our honeymoon. Food at the buffet was great with plenty of choice and we enjoyed our meals at Silk and Calabash. There’s lots of choice for lunch or snacks at Flip Flops but for something more authentic I’d recommend the Jerk treehouse. There’s a self service coffee station in the lobby and iced coffees can be made to order, although it was sometimes unclear when the coffee bar was open for service. There’s a great mix of activities during the day and entertainment at night. We particularly enjoyed the aqua gym with Vernon, pool volleyball and the rum tasting. The guided hike to Quarry Hill takes approx 90 mins and has great views of the surrounding area. Our favourite evening entertainment was the steel drum musician in the Lobby and the reggae band at The Cove. The Harmony pool party was also a lot of fun! It’s definitely worth taking a walk up to Paradise beach for a swim and a visit to the beach bar for great cocktails and a chilled vibe. Kerry the bartender is the best!! We did 2 excursions - the land and sea day trip and the sunset cruise. We really enjoyed both and the staff at the tour desk were very helpful. Overall this resort is a gem and I hope to be back some day…Coconut Bay, you have my heart!

One of the best places to learn how to kite surf. The instructors are excellent at making you feel comfortable flying a kite, and being in the water. Linus, Stan, André, and Jeremy are exceptional at what they do. Thinking it looks difficult or terrifying? Put your fears to rest and take a lesson here!

Family and I went here for vacation and we loved it. Plenty of things to do with the pools, water park and activities they have going daily. All of the staff were very friendly and the food was great. One of my favorite highlights was just relaxing down at the Paradise Beach Bar. Kerry is great company and makes some fantastic drinks.

Great hotel!! Super close to the airport. The all inclusive was great! Every night they had live music in different spots and they had fun theme nights!! The staff were outstanding!! They went above and beyond to make us feel special!! The rooms are nothing special but they are clean and comfortable. The beach was not good. My husband and another friend were bit by bugs as we walked the beach. Every thing about this place we loved!! Except the bugs??
