Good but not great.

Problem - we are members of First Club but they gave us bad rooms with no view and no balcony. Buffet food - only average, specialty restaurants good! Especially mariscos! Employees normally pleasant and helpful! Barcelo reservation center in Florida - terrible!
It was a beautiful resort.

The seafood restaurant was excellent. The wait staff was friendly and took great care of us. The beach was beautiful! The food was good.

Best place all type of tours. With family , friends. Food is good all time. You will enjoy every Entertainment spots.

Was not happy with the room service, shower leaked, couldn't get refrigerator re-stocked or clean towels. Pools and beach were nice.

Location is fantastic, the beach is fantastic, staff are all friendly and work hard but they are under staffed in my opinion and that makes for long waits at pool bar, restaurant and check in, the room key system needs a major update as we had to reprogram them once per day minimum. Food option are limited in buffet and quality of some food wasn’t the best. Only problem with beach area is there are no umbrellas and they are needed in the hot sun But if you want a great location and a next level beach it’s worth the stay
