We stayed with friends at this resort for a week , and we got an amazing stay , the people that worked here were so amazing and attentive, specially the fun we had with the entertainment team with Jair and Gio they were so good interactive with the guests and the activities they did. The shows at night were good as well. The food is not the best at lunch and dinner but the breakfast was good the one we enjoyed the most , the amenities on the pool and beach felt to comfortable and nice , beautiful beach

If you do not want to pay a lot and do not have a lot of expectations it is fine. The food is not that high quality with not many healthy alternatives

HORRIBLE! Do NOT Stay here! My room had roaches, dirty streaks on the windows and mirrors, moldy bathmat, the hot water was inverted, the food was either watery or cold or simply too tough to eat. Do not waste your money here unless you want to be treated awfully and cry for half your stay. If you know Spanish don’t speak it here unless you want to be treated like one of their employees and get told you can figure it out yourself. 2 thumbs down, I will never waste my money on a Barceló group hotel ever again.

The location was perfect. There was shopping right in front of the hotel and Isle Cancun was less than a mile walk. Bus stop was located right at the corner, if you wanted to take the bus farther down the strip or into downtown proper. Beach front was clean and had our own chairs and umbrellas. The staff was top notch! Always kind, helpful, and friendly. They did an amazing job at keeping all spaces cleaned and stocked. If I were to return, it would be because of this. I saw in other reviews that all three pools were cold. Pool water was still cold upon our arrival and did not change throughout our stay. This was evident due to the amount of people at the pool, but not in the pool. I was super disappointed and this will likely be the reason I do not return. I have stayed at other hotels on the strip and they all have had pools with enjoyable temperatures. Rooms were dated as well as the beds and pillows. Staff did an amazing job at daily cleaning and upkeep. I did however, see several roaches in my room and had to take extra precautions to make sure they did not travel home with us. The pool entertainment was plentiful as well as music and entertainment each evening, which rounded out the all inclusive package nicely.

The bathroom got pour of waste water from ceiling and it took whole afternoon to fix. Then the patio door frame fell apart and glass exposed. Report to front desk and asked to change room. The clerk insisted to either stay in the same room or downgrade to another room
