We had a wonderful 14 night stay, the al a cartes especially Yurta & Naan were fantastic. A big thank you to Filipe in the lobby bar, Manuel Lopez our concierge in villa 94, Carlos in the Sports Bar, Stephanie at the pool bar & Waldy in the buffet & some of the al a cartes for helping to make our holiday extra special by going out of their way to be the friendliest & most helpful staff we’ve ever had in any of the 5 Bahia’s we’ve stayed at! ??

What can we say? Wow, 10/10. Best staff, super clean, beautiful rooms, we were upgraded to the room with a private pool in the back.(Very Kind of them). Food was a 10, anything you want and fresh. We were treated with such respect by every staff member wherever you were on the resort. Pool was beautiful, beachfront was clean and you could walk out far, and nothing short of beautiful. Bar service was fantastic, Breakfast crew were awesome.....my wife and I usually go to Cuba, been there 22 times, however, with the current crap going on there we opted to try The Dominican Republic. You would be stupid not to try this resort. We are going back this October. That's how good it is. Yes, 5 star quality and treated properly. Off season is cheaper. Life is short, if you want luxury, Clean, and good everything, this is your place. Diego at reception was great. Let it be know that their knowledge of English was perfect. Attention Staff, we are coming back this October. See you soon !!!!!

The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My family and I had a blast! We especially loved the Mongolian restaurant. My husband is still raving about the food! The beach experience was also great. The overall experience was wonderful. I would definitely go back.

I was amazed of the place that exceeded my expectations, specially in the sport bar at night led by Kelvin Cuevas, Angel, Carlos & Inadana. The staff are courteous and very attentive. I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Punta Cana.

We had a great time with the family at Bahia Principe Esmeralda. There are 7 resorts inside Bahia principe and you have access to most restaurants with reservations (free). You also have access to the pool at the fantasia resort but not the castle. Also Shout outs to Wandi, he is in the bar by the beach and he makes the best coco loco drinks!
