Great family getaway. Pool, sun, food were awesome. Explorers club was awesome for kids - Darian, Eli, and Yuvia were fantastic, our kids wanted to hang out there every day, great activities.

We had a good week at the beginning of April. The food was excellent , the staff were all amazing ,especially the staff ( Miguel) at the preferred club pool and also Moises from the buffet . I think the preferred club is kind of a rip off, Other people( our friends) had nicer rooms then us with bath robes and slippers, we did not. The beach is terrible and when we asked about check out, the very young lady at check out told my wife and I it was any time We had our bags ready to move to our friends because our flight was at night, needless to say when we came back to our room at 1230 pm we were locked out and the young lady now said check out was at noon.Then we had to deal with a very rude manager named Arlene. These two ladies were the only complaint we had , and the beach. The rest of the staff were the best. We've stayed at other Dreams that had way better preferred clubs
