Do you need a record of payment information for your files? Your emailed itinerary contains your purchase and payment information.

Ticket receipts for past flights may be obtained if the following conditions are met:

  • Guest is a WestJet Rewards member
  • Booking is made on or through WestJet’s call center
  • WestJet Rewards ID was added to booking
  • Flight was completed within the last 13 months

Note: Receipts cannot currently be issued for bookings made through sites, WestJet Vacations bookings or ancillary options (e.g. seat upgrade, baggage, etc.)

Unfortunately, we are unable to create any new receipts or other documents after this time, even if requested for tax purposes or legal proceedings.
