Hyatt Ziva Cancun

This was my second time at the Ziva. There is no place on earth better than this hotel. From the gorgeous grounds to the electric blue water, perfect soft white beaches... it was top-notch! The staff is what makes this place so incredible. You feel special and loved from the minute you walk in the door. Thelma and Ernesto helped us check in and Thelma helped our family before we even arrived with special attention to emails. They are worth their weight in gold to the hotel .... the right staff means everything. Victor at the buffet made every day fun and happy for us. He made us laugh and provided us with the most incredible service Oliver went above and beyond at the club pool and made our days perfect. Alejandro at the beach was fabulous! All of the people cooking for us - thank you so much! So many "behind the scenes" people to thank... there was not one employee that did not take the time to make our stay more enjoyable. There is not one thing I can complain about at the Ziva! It is just spectacular. I can't imagine any property even coming close to this one. The hotel was impeccably clean and still looks brand new. You could feel the "from the heart" motto from every single employee. We are planning another trip back in June. Just try and keep us away! Heaven on earth.

This is our second time in Hyatt Ziva Cancun and will not be the last! First of all, the people! The staff at this hotel are beyond amazing and they are real! Like they will treat you and make you feel as family! Starting from the arrival everyone welcomed us in a warm and respectful manner. The restaurants are super clean and food is amazing. COVID guidelines are followed and enforced. So there is nothing to worry about here! The drinks are super good and the room was spotless. I can take a whole day writing about everything we experienced and it will not be enough time! Everyone is extremely nice and its hard to remember so many names, but if you go to this hotel, which you should!, below are some of names (faces in our head) that will never forget and you should ask about them when you go to the hotel! They made our stay even more unforgettable! Daisy at the Saasil Bar Esperanza at the Saasil Bar Raymundo at the mercado/habanero Marcelo at the mercado/habanero Hugo at the mercado Leticia at tres cervezas Monserrat at the front desk Anaid at the casa del cafe Diego F&B manager Also the dolphins are adorable! Yes this hotel has dolphins! Jack is so cute..

We just love this place. There's really no other place we've been to (and we have traveled a lot) that makes you feel like you are part of their family. We are always spoiled when we go to Ziva! We always request Gustavo and Irving for our butlers because they go above and beyond. Irma and Daniel (at Punta Vista bar) are always fantastic and Marcelo at Habaneros will keep you laughing. Emi in concierge is honestly one of the sweetest people I have talked to and she always gets us taken care of before we even arrive. The entire staff is just as sweet as can be and spoil us rotten every time we go. It is an annual trip for us because of that. For example, the coffee shop used to carry peach tea and my husband loved it and that's usually what he got from there. On our fourth trip, they stopped carrying it. On the fifth trip, my husband asked them if they happened to start carrying it again and they weren't. When he walked in this time (6th trip), the guy in there immediately said "peach tea guy!" He remembered my husband and went above and beyond to get him peach tea for this visit. You just don't find places with that kind of service anymore so we will be back again and again.

We (husband and son) just returned from our trip yesterday. The staff at the Hyatt made sure that you had everything you needed. We were able to upgrade to Club with Ocean view and it was beautiful. Cesar SPA was able to squeeze me in for a massage (by the way, the best massage ever). Juana, Victor, Herberto and so many more made this trip an unforgettable one!!! Thank you all for an Amazing Vacation!

We have stayed at Hyatt Ziva a total of 4 times and we plan to continue visiting. We have never felt more relaxed and cared for than we have at Hyatt Ziva. Enif Deneb was our butler at the Turquoise Tower at Hyatt Ziva. She always makes sure we have everything we need and that we are happy. We celebrated my husband's birthday this year and they made his day extra special with decorating our room and cake! We always look forward to seeing the staff and it's a treat when they remember us and greet us with a smile every time! We've seen Carlos Cetz at Habaneros, Ricardo at Moon Gate, and Daniel and Victor at El Mercado almost every visit and they go above and beyond to make sure our dining experience is top notch! The view from the hotel is beyond beautiful and we cannot recommend this hotel enough!
