Awesome Stay at Secrets Playa Mujeres

My husband & I spent Christmas 2020 holidays at this resort & had an amazing time. The food was great, daily activities & night time shows were very entertaining. We never left the resort. The best part were the restaurants. We had 2 favs: 1st was the Hitmitsui : Japanese restaurant. The hostess Sheydi & Chef Francisco went above & beyond planning a surprise anniversary dinner for us. The attention to detail of the 4 course meal was unmatched & we enjoyed every single item on our plates. We also loved El Patio: Mexican restaurant with host Ivan Moreno who made great food suggestions that we thoroughly enjoyed. We highly recommend this resort. You get a bit of everything from entertainment to relaxation! Also safety & cleanliness were well in place. We will definitely visit again!

I was very impressed by the members of the entertainment team at this gorgeous resort! They work long hours keeping guests busy with so many options for activities. Bike tours, beach and pool volleyball, water aerobics, darts to name a few. Also, don’t forget the special shows in the theater every night! Special thanks to Aldo, Paulo, Dylan, and “Mexican Hot Chocolate” Angel for making themselves available for our needs. You guys are the BEST!
First International travel experience was exceptional!

The facilities are beautiful, paired with a quick walk to the pool or walk on a beautiful beach made this place dreamy. To top it off the staff are impeccable at thier jobs, from housekeeping to food service. The entertainment gave a array of choices to enjoy each night. I look forward to visiting again!

The place is amazing, and it also have the dreams hotel facilities available for guests, so you can have more options for restaurants and bars, only food menu on restaurants can be better they have a few options, everything else is just incredible staff, facilities, services.

My family are UVC members and we vacation in Mexico at least twice a year. Since COVID happened two of our trips were sadly cancelled. Finally, we were able to travel ! Secrets Playa Mujeres was an A+!Food was superb and Paulo from the entertainment team was fantastic! He was full of energy and excitement each day and we loved our conversations with him ! Also, Karina from UVC VIP services was beyond helpful during our stay ! She is the best VIP service representative our family has ever been acquainted with. Thank you Karina ! Thank you secrets for a well deserved relaxed and splendid vacation !
