beautiful resort with very friendly staff! the beaches are clean with many seats available. staff is very attentive to the needs of the guests and very helpful! quiet throughout the day with activities available at the pool, a show at lunch and a show at dinner with different themes everyday. Leo was very helpful and observant in the lobby. definitely recommend for your next vacation!

The food was good, beach was beautiful. Super convenient to book spas, restaurants, and excursions. LOVED the entertainment, especially you Carlos. The staff were all so friendly and inviting and were happy to accommodate our needs. A very relaxing week!

We had an amazing time at this resort !, The beach the pools and accommodations are wonderful. The staff are incredible and the entertainment is fabulous ! Nothing bad to say here! Hats off to some staff we can remember, Carlos, Lily, Yusmila, Kevin, Juan, Majeline, Hector and many more (sorry about the spelling ) the dancers not sure how can dance with such passion in the heat. We will be back ! congratulations on the Traveller’s Choice award you deserve it

The bed was comfier than my bed at home- we honestly slept great! Rooms were clean and beer and water was restocked daily! The staff were so friendly and the nightly shows - wow we were very pleased with the talent! The piano bar was a place we visited nightly! Excellent drinks and service and the entertainment was phenomenal! Definitely recommend checking this place out. We loved the hilltop restaurant- service was 10/10 and food was also great! The jeep safari is an excursion I would recommend everyone take! The excursion itself was great but also going through the towns and seeing where the Cubans live… it’s honestly something I think everyone should experience! Cuba is honestly such a beautiful place we thoroughly loved our stay! We will be back 100% The entertainment staff are the best, Mary, Brenda , Teresa , Kevin , Jesus!! We loved them. The Cuban party we had at the port royal- do not miss it! Was a highlight of our trip!
