Day 1. So this will be a daily review, and hopefully, they can raise their score. Checked in yesterday, and the ac in the room doesn't work. Called and was told it would be fixed overnight, and people were actively working on it. Day 2. Late afternoon ac still not fixed. Called down, told it would be 1 or 2 days. Starting when? Yesterday, today? They said none of the rooms have ac, but the other guests are ok with that. That doesn't ring true.

The entire staff minus our check in lady were super friendly and accommodating. Very helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean. The entire room was good. My complaints were these 1) Food. Definitely keep doing the authentic Mexican food on the buffet but add in some American staples. And learn to cook them well. My stomach just couldn’t handle most of the food. Even the hot dog we got from the snack bar was awful. The gelato was the only exception. It was fantastic. The drinks were great too. 2) elevators are the smallest I have ever seen. At least pipe in some air movement. 3) offer a way to get close caption in a different language on the tv. Or allow us to use a streaming service. We could only watch 2 channels on tv. And once my husband got sick it was very frustrating to not have something to watch on tv. The great part of this resort was the friendly staff, great location and the comfortable rooms.

A/C was not working very Humid impossible to sleep! Infinity pool was not working Jacuzzi pool was not working elevator was not working. Front desk says nothing they can do about it! Front desk recommended I go to the store and buy a fan not very professional

The hotel overall is very nice. Just needs a few improvements. I was in RM# 1912 which was on the 9th floor. Had a great view! Just a few problems. The lighting in the bathroom needs to be brighter. Had a hard time shaving. Also the rain shower head was very old and should be replaced. The only other thing was there was no English speaking channel on the TV. Guests from the US would at least like to be able to watch the news in English. Also the snack bar at the beach needs more tables. There was only four and only one had an umbrella. No one likes to eat with the hot sun beating down on them! These are just a few of the simple and inexpensive things that need to be fixed. Overall the service in the hotel was very good and the food was pretty good also. I would probably stay there again. Hopefully this review will inspire management to improve on a few things that I have brought to attention.

Some days premium alcohol some days not. Different rules for different customers. This is a time share also an all inclusive. There is a lot of Locals that come to this hotel. The food is geared towards Mexican food.
