We stayed here for two nights on 4/12 to 4/14/21 in Boulevard Tower room 2998. The room had a great view of the fountains and strip and was located toward the front of the hotel. It was a studio layout with a balcony and well appointed inside. It is our third stay at this hotel. The Boulevard Tower is a bit of a walk from check in (you basically walk through the casino) but most of the dining options are in the Boulevard so going to the restaurant or bars is just a matter of taking the elevator. The hotel is very nicely decorated, with lots of restaurants and dining options (note the breakfast options are a bit limited) and when we stayed various restaurants were only open on certain days. There are multiple pools and exercise areas. The Chelsea pool is on the 14th floor and the Boulevard pool is on the 4th floor. The restaurants and shops are on floors 1 through 3, the casino is on the first floor and the 4th floor seemed to be for conferences. Notes: 1. each set of elevators only goes to certain floors so make sure you get in the right one. 2. the closer your room is to the front (Las Vegas Blvd) of the hotel the better your view of the fountains and the louder the street noise. 3. We found the fountain side of the hotel quieter (less outside noise) than the city side 4. Valet Parking is included in your resort fee. 5. If you are a Marriott Bonvoy Gold or higher member you can use the invited guest check in which is quicker. Also it takes 8 to 10 days before you see the stay in your Bonvoy account. Check in took 25 minutes as it was a busy time and check out was a breeze, valet parking was quick and professional. We enjoyed eating at The Blue Ribbon and China Poblano Housekeeping was the great and just like pre Covid days Overall a very good stay and we'll be back

First time staying here and although I liked it for the most part, there were a few things that put a damper on our stay. My husband and I went this past weekend for our anniversary. Prior to checking in, I called the concierge to have a charcuterie plate, wine and beer delivered to our room and asked them to leave a quick "Happy Anniversary" note with it to surprise my husband. I was informed that they can not deliver it until after we have already checked in and that it could take room service up to 4 hours. I found that strange since we have stayed at several other hotels and my husband always has champagne, wine or flowers placed in the room prior to arrival. The concierge told me that the reasoning is because they will not know which room we will be placed in until we arrive, we could receive an upgrade, etc. (We had already booked the Terrace with a fountain view and was never offered any additional upgrade) We didn't land until 7 at night but I decided to do it anyway and placed the order. I told them there was a good chance we wouldn't be in our room and they ensured me that room service would drop it off so long as we didn't put the "Do Not Disturb" sign up. When we got back to our room around 1 a.m., nothing was there. It wasn't until the following day that they told me my card had a fraud alert on it and they weren't able to process the payment until the morning. At that point, it was STILL not delivered so I asked them to just refund me and cancel the order. Keep an eye on your mini bar and room service charges. I did not notice until after we already got back home that we were overcharged nearly $40 for room service, not to mention they added more on the tip than what my husband included. He always leaves a 20% tip, but on the final bill it was a 30% tip. I was already aware of the fact that they charge a delivery fee, 18% surcharge and state tax. Even after adding all that up, we were still overcharged. He said it was not worth the hassle to call and fight it, even though it's more about the principal for me. I will say, the room service was delicious and we both enjoyed our breakfast. The portions were very generous and everything was delivered piping hot. The mini bar has a sensor on it, so if you even lift a bag of chips, you are charged for it. I'll be keeping on eye on our credit card statement because I've read on here that people have seen even more charges pop up after the fact. I don't know how often they change out items, but the bottle of Veuve champagne that I got from there tasted a little flat, which was a bummer since it was $47 for a small bottle. The bathroom floor is very slippery, be careful after showering or taking a bath!! My husband slipped and landed flat on his back. Fortunately he felt fine other than being a little sore the next day. Since he wasn't hurt we didn't notify the staff (they probably wouldn't have done anything anyway) so we just laid down towels for the remainder of our stay. The room is beautiful and we enjoyed watching the Bellagio fountain show several times throughout the evening. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, as were the bath robes. The room overall looked very clean, until we noticed on our final day that they were empty water bottles behind the curtains from the last guest who stayed there. The rest of the hotel was clean and you could tell they were taking extra steps due to covid restrictions. They were very polite about reminding people to pull up their masks when they weren't drinking or taking a drag of their cigarettes. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with how mindful guests were of each other. No one likes wearing masks but at least 99% of the people we saw followed protocol. We felt comfortable hanging out in the casino and even left with some winnings from the slot machines. The waitresses came around often and the cocktails were very good for being "free" for those who were gambling. I know I have listed more negative remarks on here than positive, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would still consider returning for another visit if I was able to find a good rate. At least we know now what to keep on eye out for.

I recently stayed at cosmopolitan for the second time and this is the only hotel I have stayed at that doesn’t log in all ur transactions at the tables. I have written to them to complaint about this with proof that I had cashed in early in the day and they only had a transaction 5 hours later. To my displeasure I haven’t even received an email back from anyone. The hotel itself is nice no complaints on their but if your a player I wouldn’t recommend playing here they only log u in for half ur playing if that. And no one will answer you back about ur complaints.

    Great Stay

First of all, it’s not as bad as people say, in terms of weed smell. That or regular cigarettes give me massive headaches and the trip was fine, yes you could smell it in parts of the street if people were smoking, but most casinos smelt great and didn’t even remember weed was legal. Pros: •customer service was great. • room was clean and kept clean • each room had a goodie bag with masks, hand sanitizer, personal pen • food at hotel was good, some bars, restaurants were not open. • pools were “heated” but it was cold when we went the breeze and temps at 70’s were not warm enough for the pool. Nobody was in them, but just resting and sitting poolside was nice. • Food at the pool was Amazing! Probably best Caesar salad I’ve had, and reasonably $12 priced. Drinks poolside were good as well not overly strong like most places. • gym was really nice, Chelsea gym is a really good gym, boulevard gym is a regular hotel gym kinda small. Both gyms have free water bottles so you can get one and take it if you need water on the go. [PROS LAS VEGAS] • food was amazing, javiers, nobu, cheesecake, eataly were all great. Didn’t have a bad meal. • most hotels smelled great, minus caesars place that place was way too busy and crowded and didn’t smell good. The best smelling was surprisingly Bellagio. • Lyft was quick opt to get Lyft XL we were picked up in 10-15 min and price was reasonable $20-30 to and from airport. • masks are enforced, you don’t have it on ONLY when actively drinking/eating. CONS: • yes it smells like weed outside. • no microwave in rooms is kinda letdown as some places serve too much food and no way to eat it later. • outside furniture was dirty, I get that it’s outside with the elements but come on now, it’s an expensive “luxury” hotel, least I expect is the cushions to be clean. • RESERVATIONS if you plan to eat dinner MAKE THEM. We went weekdays but weekends were booked. Some were booked for 2-3 weeks in advanced and had no openings. So make them as soon as you can and plan your day around dinner.

Great stay for the weekend in March

We stayed (family of 4) stayed for 2 nights for the LVMS Nascar race in early June. I am not much of a Vegas person - don't gamble, but we couldn't have picked a better spot. We were upgraded to a corner suite, and had plenty of room, and the kids slept on the couch. The balcony covered 2 sides, and we could watch Belllagio fountains. We ate dinner on site at the Spanish restaurant one evening, and it was very good. We also did a grab a go type restaurant each morning. The lines were a bit long for this (didn't seem like there were many quick bite breakfast options), but it overall food was good. Bathroom was really large, and the room had appeared to be newer furnishings. Entire casino seemed more upscale than some others we walked thru. There was a party in one room either below or above us one night, and you could hear and feel the music, which i was suprised there is not better soundproofing. Regardless, this place is definitely a solid choice.
