The place is very complete and comfortable. The people amaizing, attends you with full empathy, for example Ernesto the ice cream dancing cheff in the pool its very funny and atends you with passion. Amazing Moon Palace. Recommends you to visit.

We stayed at the sunrise section of moon palace. And we had a wonderful time. Rooms: smaller than what we are used to at and AI. You either get a king or two double beds. We had 2 doubles and on our second day we requested a rollaway for one of our teens which was delivered very quickly in the morning. The rollaway was super comfortable. The room was cleaned daily and they did a very good job. Rooms service was great and delivered quickly. Food: one of the best we have had at AI. My teens loved the cafe and had crepes and ice cream on the daily. There are a couple restaurants you have to book reservations for on the app and others you don’t . The restaurants that didn’t require reservations we never had to wait we were seated right away. Pools: are wonderful. We never had an issue finding a seat. The servers are absolutely wonderful. Entertainment at the pool was always so much fun. Found Nizuc pool to be a bit cooler then sunrise. This section of the hotel is a bit smaller and quieter than sunrise. The beach isn’t the turquoise water. It is murky but you can still go in and enjoy it. Very calm waves nothing like the hotel zone. The sad is so soft. If you are someone that over to get into the ocean this might not be the place for you. But with the crazy amount of pools throughout it really does make up for the ocean. If you want the beach experience you can book time at one of there sister resorts and enjoy there all there amenities which we did. We had a sales person approach us when we arrived and we kindly declined and he was very respectful. Our phone rand once for the sales pitch for the Grand and we kindly declined and again very respectful and the didn’t call us Adair the entire week we were there. Check out we were once more approached and this time the sale person was very pushy. Kindly decline if you’re not interested and walk away. This is a massive resort with so much to do. We did 7 days and felt it wasn’t enough time to enjoy the entire property. We did as much as we could and we were all so happy with our stay. We would definitely return to moon palace.

So much fun. Staff were friendly and amazing! Felt completely save. Amaado was our favourite bartender and Club Noir. Always friendly and we will be coming back. We love you guys

Great stay. Service is excellent. Friendly customer care. Had a broken down golf cart and it was replaced quickly. Food was great. Mexican restaurants are just wonderful. Brazilian is great too. American food is pretty good. Just not the best Italian and Indian. Pools were clean. Had fun there! Quiet beach when l was there in April. Location is far from the main drag. Lots to do though at this resort and nice entertainment. Thanks moon palace!

I went there for the Backstreets Back at the Beach event. The entire event was wonderful. The staffs were all amazing, friendly, and helpful. There are a lot of food to choose from. I had one of the best times of my life here! Thank you Moon Palace!
