I stayed in the Privileged Rooms with expectation of great service and a butler. I saw the butler the first day and never heard from him again. Our room had no working air conditioning. I made several calls with a promise to have someone check out the problem. No one showed for 2 days. When he arrived he stated I had to reset and it should work. Unfortunately, it never worked. I have allergies to cats and they were everywhere including the restaurants. It was horrible... I would not recommend..... I could say so much more

We came down for a spring break trip, we stayed a few nights here and had a great time. During the day they had fun activities, then during the night we participated in karaoke. In every part of the resort the employees were great. We give a big shoutout to Jose at Route 66 for providing late night snacks and to Carlos and Juan at the pool bar for amazing service.

Resort was amazing. Fernando was great at lifting up the mood around the pool and getting everyone into the games and just overall enjoying ourselves. Restaurants were ussually pretty quick at seating and the hibachi place was unreal. They really did put on a show and served great food. Highly recommended resort.

Fernando y Andrea es muy excellenta, the swim up bar is amazing, the food is sooooooo goood and the drinks are even better. Fernando and Andrea do a great job with the pool activities and they make your stay here worth it fosho. I’m so happy we came here and would come again. We love fernanado y Andrea!!!!!

We've been to many destinations, overall this one is good. A little tough to judge during the pandemic, since it's not operating "normally". Most food is good, the Japanese and Mexican restaurants were the best, as was the poolside restaurant by the adults-only pool. It was not easy to figure out which restaurants were open for what/when, and when there were "special" food options. For instance, one day they had a great-looking lunch spread outside, but it opened at 10:00 am, and was closed and gone by 11:30. We ate a late breakfast, so we certainly weren't hungry for lunch at 10:30. Bartenders Carlos and Gustavo are definite stand-outs, search them out. It was always difficult to get fresh towels, usually had to stop by the towel shack 2-4 times each day before we could exchange them. Room was very nice, staff was friendly and helpful.
