Arrived and found out they would be closing after we leave for remodeling and updating. Pool had some green scum on walls and sand in the bottom. No activities people Potion of staff unfriendly

Basic services were there but not at an "experience" level. There was food, water and AC and a bed. It was a musty bed with HUGE body dents so we slept in an uncomfortable mattress every night but we had a bed. The people that worked there were friendly but they only have so much to work with and if they run out of something it wasn't replaced until a few days later. If you want no one to offer you a beach side drink then this is the place for you. You will be getting your exercise going from the beach to get a drink or food. Not a lot of activities and the ones that they did have listed were cancelled with no notice. All in all a "meh" experience.

The resort is in a great location. The pool and the beach were amazing. The food and the entertainment were overall pretty abysmal. All of the bars (except the preferred lounge) close at 10 pm! There is no other evening entertainment and you’re in the middle of a mountain so there is nothing nearby. The speciality restaurants are great but the room service food options left a lot to be desired. Chicken nuggets and fries, sandwiches, burgers, and mahi mahi. That’s it. Pretty small selection and how do you not offer any Caribbean dishes on a Caribbean island!? If this hotel wants more clients, they have some work to do with their food and entertainment.

I ran into nearly no issues. Location is beautiful. Staff was lovely. I enjoyed the food very much. The Resort was beautiful and I can't wait to visit again

Staff were awesome. Resort needs an update but it is underway. We look forward to visiting again when reno's are complete.
