After having a previous holiday in Sandals Barbados, we didn't hesitate to book Sandals for our 25th wedding Anniversary. I am afraid Antigua just didn't achieve the standard we had in Barbados. The biggest disappointment was the food! At best it was average for an all-inclusive hotel, there wasn't one meal that you would expect for a premium hotel. The maid service was hit and miss, with an inconsistent routine of cleaning, non cleaning. Items were sometimes added to the fridge and bathroom but other times had to request it. Just little things like no robes on arrival made it feel an inferior service from what we had experienced at Sandals. The rooms are very dated and are in urgent need of a update. The location of the resort and the grounds are what save this resort but this is not a five star resort.

Shanique k was extremely freindly and kind, she whent above and beyond to make sure my wife and i had an amazing time. She kept our drinks full and she even recomended us to try things that she thought we would enjoy. She was by far the kindest staff member we came across while we stayed.

Staff was so friendly. Great food at every place. The resort was quiet but had all of the amenities. Very well taken care of. Some exceptional staff included Joy and Ramona at the bar, server Chad, and the chef at kimonos named Jason. Especially enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely return.

Big up big up Sandals Antigua. It was a amazing experience here. Our girl trip was nothing but the best experience. Starting from the airport with the sandals staff, the trip to and from the airport and the built up excitement and the warm smiles from the front office staff, there to assist us. Elisa was extremely warm and friendly. Another front office agent with braces, cannot remember his name but he made sure that when our key didn't work he literally walked through the rain and took a walk to make sure we are aware where the gym and other places were. Our favorite breakfast spoke was Elenors hands down. The staff there were on point with everything. Bayside was really good as well and big ups to the Manager Dale, who checked in each time to make sure we were good. Mario's staff were super friendly and the hostess from Monday evening can't remember her name and Angela, thank you for your hospitality. Alyssa from the barefoot bar was a absolutely sweetheart we loveeeee her. Definitely a great addition to the company. Kadeem from main pool, amazing outgoing personality and made sure we were right with drinks and conversations with him were warm, friendly and welcoming. JYSON FROm KIMONOS. That chef is skilledddddd. Very entertaining and kadesha, thanks for your laughs and joyful conversations we had. Andy from drunken ðuck. We made friends with him night 1 and he is very knowledgeable man and made our experience at night memorable. Anderson from front desk, another great asset to the company, downbto earth and not stiff to talk to at all. Big all the girl in Beach house, we loveeee you vibe and energy while in the shop. The guys from entertainment especially Thursday night event with the couples trivia and then show, he is on point on point in mingling and getting comfort on the dance floor and the karaoke guys, big up big up. Other than the Food and the entertainment, Sandals is definitely top tier because of the joyous staff that works there. We coming back God spare life very soon with a bigger group. LOVE yall! This was our 4th stay at Sandals Grande Antigua. Several staff members remember us from year to year, making the resort feel like visiting family. Lance at the waterfront greeted my husband by name immediately upon sighing up for snorkeling. Davindra (Davin) took our pictures for the second year in a row for our complimentary photo shoot. We rebooked for 2025 and can't wait to return!
