We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary here. It was our first time ever to Cancun. The staff for beginning to end were very friendly and welcoming. There was a couple cleaning issues we occurred but overall we were mostly satisfied with our experience.

I have this resort a 4 start because…. I came with my family of 4,me, my mother, my stepfather, my baby brother and other family.The food there was good and the beach was beautiful.The sand was very soft. The service was kind . I wish the room service was faster but still decent. My mother and stepfather had a wedding there andthe resort set the wedding up which was amazing. My parents were very upset though when they came up in our room after room services cleaned it. We found that her purse had missing money which we reported to the resort. Overall good resort but make sure to put your valuables in the safe.

Great resort! I couldn't find anything to criticize even if I tried. The beach is gorgeous with soft, white sand and calm water that is great for kids. There is even a small reef where you can see fish. The beach is not too far from the pool area, so you can easily spend time at the pool and beach in the same day. The food was DELICIOUS, even the buffet. The Italian restaurant was our favourite and the fish tacos by the pool were amazing. The rooms were basic but clean. Evening entertainment was fun. You can tell that the staff work very, very hard. For travellers with small children: Ask for a room at the far end of the hotel, above the lobby. The room number will be low e.g. 501, 503 vs 539, 523 etc. The outdoor night entertainment can be noisy inside the rooms that are in front of it, near the middle of the hotel. This is fine for most guests, but not great for toddlers who go to bed at 8.

this hotel was the worse i ever stated at the staff was removing stuff from our chairs had to run and get my purse back bought a cabana for 192.00 suppose to have champagne and had to go and tell them we did not get it birthday banner was suppose to be put on our door for my husband never got it

First time and dont know what to expect or some many locations...well i was just like you, and im a happy customer, good food, welcomeing people, clean rooms, kids area , good drinks, clean beach good price.... want more review? i will come back
