We had a great time there, everyone was very nice and friendly and Nadine at the pool was a little leery of us at first but by the end of our time there we were great friends, she is awesome and I thank her for taking very good care of us, Yah Mon she is the best.

We never stayed at Secrets, but knowing that its part of Hyatt, we felt comfortable booking here. This resort is no where close to being part of Hyatt. The rooms are very outdated and dirty. Scratches throughout the flooring and not clean up. The breakfast buffet is a disaster. You need to wait in lines for more than 10mins to get hot breakfast. Their staff serves the food and drinking gives you a feeling that you are begging and they are doing a free service. No smile on the faces of the staff.. no greetings... they dont come and ask you if you need anything. they just stand their and watch. I am not saying everyone is like that, but most of them are. No food and drinks service near the beach area. The pool bar is a disaster. they cannot make proper drinks/ cocktails. Food in some specialty restaurants is very tasty and good.. but the way its served out.. is not. I will stay away from this hotel. I doubt if I will go back to Jamaica for an all-inclusive experience again.

Resort was clean, friendly, full of amazing food and people! We were very welcomed and always felt like there was something to do!

I have stayed in a number of Secrets resorts and this was hands down the worst variety and quality of food I have had. Blue Mountain and the World Cafe had foul smells the whole time we were there. The piece of land and property layout was great and the people were fantastic. So relaxed but attentive and made us feel so welcome. For $700/night per couple, the food should be SO much better.

The quality of the food provided was disappointed. The prices for snacks in the convenience stores were outrageous. There were very few shades beach and pool spots and claiming one was extremely competitive.
