This hotel is so beautiful and staying here was such a wonderful experience. My stay was for 7 nights and had no issues. When you arrive people attempt to sell you things, but if you decline they dont keep pushing. The restaurant La Villita had some of the best service I've ever been provided anywhere. All the servers were attentive, kind, and so engaging. Shout out to Roberto and Enrique who provided a going away treat when they found out it was our last day. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Be sure to use the safe to be safe (you never know) but don't hesitate to drop by La Villita for some delicious food with some great company!

We’ve never stayed in an all inclusive resort before and didn’t know what to expect. This hotel, the staff and the experience as a whole didn’t disappoint! The food in the buffet and the a la carte restaurants were all fantastic, but the service is what made these places in the resort extra special! We would start every morning with the amazing and legendary Oliver, who would treat us like royalty. Oliver has worked at the Sheraton for 32 years and loves what he does. He spends time with everyone in his section, his genuine demeanour and loving nature makes your whole day! We would then spend the rest of our morning and afternoons by the beautiful pool. The water and pool area are very clean and the chairs and umbrellas are plentiful! The pool staff were all very attentive and happy to bring us whatever we needed during our time in this part of the resort. We loved watching the daily water aerobics, but on Tuesdays and Fridays, the entertainment staff were top notch and so fun to watch!! In the evenings we would make a point of visiting all of the a La Carte restaurants and the Il Pescatore was our absolute favourite! The young Uriel and Jesus were our waiters and were amazing, going out of their way to find my husbands favourite drink!! The Nine Ninety sports bar wasn’t part of the all inclusive package, but it was in our resort. We asked if they would put hockey on for us and they were more than happy to play the NHL Oilers playoff games for us! The hostess there was so fun and lively and always happy to see us arrive! We definitely needed this 7 day holiday, and we were both able to totally unwind and relax. It was the perfect way to spend 7 days, we highly recommend!!

This is our second time at this resort and it certainly won’t be our last. We brought another couple with us on this trip and they also truly enjoyed their holiday. I needed this trip to unwind and it definitely did that!! It was the most relaxing enjoyable trip I had in sometime. The staff are truly amazing and some remember bus from our first visit last year. Pamela greeted us every morning for our breakfast and seated us is a sweetheart, her smile just glowed and she was so friendly and David Velasco remembered us from our first visit he is a asset to you company great gentleman. The entertainment staff did the pool water classes and also various tasting classes! They were they best had us entertained and laughing from start to finish. Hats off to Mariana and Rene they were awesome in the entertainment area ?????? The pool and waiter staff around the pool always had our drinks full and they also brought of our lunch orders via poolside. Adan the swimup pool fella was the best of the best always smiling and made us excellent drinks.Juan was great server around the pool . Isabel well she is in a class of her own they funniest and sweetest person ever, if you have the opportunity to have her she is awesome. The buffet has such a large variety of food you will not go hungry and it is delicious! Alfresco Trattoria Is our favourite à la carte restaurant which you need to make a reservation with daily. Went 3 times, twice for Italian night and once for seafood night. Totally amazing all three nights. Our last night there I wish I would have gotten our waiters names they spoiled us throughout the enter meal even the chef came out to have a picture taken with us. They brought out a desert with a safe trip home written on the plate and made us Mexican flaming coffees I just wish I got all their names. I will find out and revise this review! From the resort to the rooms the awesome heated pool they place is wonderful!! All in all I highly recommend this resort you will not regret it! We will definitely be back yearly!!

An absolutely amazing experience! The resort is stunning, service is outstanding and the food is exquisite. Andres took very good care of us and treated us like royalty (so humbling and kind) ~ thanks for an incredible vacation!

Edgar is absolutely amazing! He is the best concierge making and remembering conversations to make you feel extra special. He is very attentive and makes recommendations based on your needs. Best service!
