Excellent service. Yinerka and rafael was really friendly and provided excellent service. Five star. The food was excellent ordered the grill for two. It was amazing cooked perfectly with different cuts of meats. They kept bringing drinks without me ordering. Excellent service

The food here is excellent. We had very attentive staff too!!! You should definitely try the grouper and grilled pineapple. Rafael took really good care of us during our dinner. we definitely recommend your make reservations while you are here.

Walquiry is the best one in this restaurant , the lunch is great with her company . Nice places. Thank you. All the meat is good , the sweet is very very nice and the place is magic. For me the best resort in the world. Thank you very much Gracias chica <3

It's the worst check-in process I have ever seen. Don't be fooled by some nice reply by a moderator. I wouldn't be here warning people if it wasn't so bad. Expedia check-in service had literally no line and people were bumping into each other cutting in front of everybody and staff didn't know what theyl they were doing. Finally went to the other end of reception and not much better. Literally standing here an hour and a half trying to get my room. If you enjoy a hot sweaty check-in process be my guest. Fun.

5 Stars for this Hotel - Great Location in the Caribbean Sea - excellent food and great animation team at this hotel! Perfect for your relax trip. Awesome Beach with great Bars not far from everywhere your at. Great evening shows with a lot of fun ???? we been here several times and would come again and again.
