Liked the grounds, lots of wildlife around. Resort staff was very friendly for the most part, I would brush up on your Spanish before you come for the best experience. Food wasn’t horrible but I felt it was very bland everywhere we went to, though we just did the inclusive restaurants & buffet. Room was nice, basic but good, loved the big tub.

I would like to point out the wonderful service we received from k is the most helpful and nicest we have come across, always helping with anything needed, of course with transportation and helping with carrying the luggage. many thanks for k.

Wow what can I say! We have just got back from a two week holiday here! I went with my family (husband, 2 children and in laws) and we would 100% recommend this hotel. We booked the level which was 100% worth the money. From the moment we arrived we were treated by all the staff with such care and they couldn’t do enough for us. We were given Alam as our concierge and he went above and beyond throughout our trip, squeezing us into restaurants when they were fully booked, offering to do things for us through out the day if we needed to, always making the kids laugh (they thought he was really cool) and always giving us a little message each morning saying good morning family. We were so lucky to be given him. Our first week of the holiday was a lot busier than the second. We are from the UK and flew out on Easter Monday. America and Canada also have 1 week off at Easter so this is why it was more busier. The main pool which we didn’t use would be heaving during the day. Where we were level we used the level pool which was a lot more quieter and in my eyes nicer. We did have to get up at 6am that first week due to it being busy but once that first week was over you could go down at 8am and still get sun loungers in the second week. The pool always had activities going on through out the day. There was a few I tried, pool side yoga, paddle board exercise, water Zumba and jumping aerobics to name a few. All good fun. A couple times they even put a pool slide out which the kids loved even the adults. The level pool is right next to the level restaurant. We always had breakfast and lunch here rather then using the main restaurant which we used on the first night and it was just carnage so decided not to go back there and just stick with the one for us. There was always a wide range of selection with this changing daily too. In the evenings there was a buffet here too along with al cart menu also. Again we ate in here when we wasn’t using the al cart restaurants. My only bad point here is the al cart menu stays the same, it would be nice for this to change daily as there is only about 6 options on it. They did change it 3 days before we flew home but this could be done more often just to change it up a bit. We just stuck with the buffet in between the menu changing instead. Massive shout out to Diana who welcomed us every morning and lunch here with such a lovely smile and always a hug to see us. Along with josefina our waitress most days who always remembered what we all wanted to drink. Again always smiling and happy to see us. My daughter loved them so much she made them little bracelets which they wore the rest of our stay there. The Al Cart restaurants - we tried them all! And food was lovely in them all. Our favourite was the Mediterranean where we actually went back twice. The only thing the al cart restaurants need to communicate with is if they don’t have an item on menu they should say rather just replace it. A couple times we were never told and got something else instead which didn’t really go with the rest of it. For example my father in law was looking forward to Apple strudel with vanilla ice cream and got bubble gum ice cream instead which just didn’t go. The grounds are simply beautiful, always kept so tidy, and I always felt safe on my mornings runs around them. The hotel is so large, one round would take me 10 mins to run. They do provide little trains you can hop on and if any carts were driving past us they would always say would you like me to take you somewhere. We started of the first week just walking but I’m not going to lie by second week we were too much in holiday mode we lapped this up. The water park was good fun, with the kids team always doing other bits on site too. One day there was pirates and another day they put Quad bikes course in there which my son loved. The food was good in the cafe there too. Not much of a selection but what we had was lovely. Would be nice to have few more sandwich options. The slides were fine for my two (10 and 8). There is a lot of room on the site and I’m surprise they don’t put some bigger slides on there too for the bigger children (adults) Beach - I enjoyed my daily walks on the beach, waking up some mornings to go see the sun rise which was worth it. They would always be cleaning the beach this time of the morning too trying to get rid of all the seaweed that came in overnight. Again always lots going on at the beach, my son enjoyed playing football every afternoon and they had foam party couple afternoons for the kids which all the kids would go mad for. The obstacle course out at sea we did but does need blowing up and fixing as certain parts were bit deflated which made it even harder. Rooms - we were in block 51. I did download the Meliá app before I went and you could check in 48 hours before on this which I would recommend doing as everything was pretty much ready for us when we arrived at the hotel. I had read the reviews on here before and so I had ask to be close to the pool and away from the noise at main reception and this was noted by them and they have ask the perfect building right opposite the pool. Overall we loved our holiday here and was very sad to leave as it meant back to working life for us back home! Would highly recommend this hotel!

My experience is so so so good , and than i met Veronica , she is my Favorite . She has very good English , tells me about events , yoga class highly recommended very good . If I could have meet her earlier I would have loved if she didn’t take vacation earlier

It is a quiet and beautiful hotel but it needs to educate the employees to better serve the guests. They are very unfriendly, in the buffet area, the food was cold and as closing time approached there was nothing to eat. The air conditioning was old, it sounded very harsh and did not cool the room.
