Victor was the so great on the entertainment team! The foam party was amazing and the Mexican show was so fun! Yesterday the circus show was also great. The drinks and service were amazing! Victor gave us great Mayan lessons on the beach. Totally recommend this place!

Thank u so much all entertainment Erick and Roberto they did an awesome job at the pool activities. My favorite activity was the foam party and the Brazilian show. My room was so comfortable and the concierge service was excellent too. The bar service was great.

I would not recommend this hotel. Don't pay for preferred because you do not get the top shelf liquors at the bars only in preferred lounge. We got adults only swim out Jr. suite and there were babies under the age of 4. Didn't have hot water for 2 days twice during our stay. Couldn't get good service on preferred beach side, but on the other side for everyone it was good service. No adult pool so the little kids are sitting on the seats at the swim up bar, jumping off the chairs, kicking and splashing at the bar so pool water would get into your drinks at the bar. You have to eat the same food in the World Cafe every day for breakfast. It only changes a little for lunch. They never offer prime rib, a glazed ham or ribs at a carving station even at night. They didn't even have a carving station at night. It was hard to get drinks at the swim up bar but if you tipped well every day they took great care of you. The orange juice, cranberry juice and pineapple juice was more like orange drink (Tang) so even the good liquor didn't make the juice drinks good. The night time entertainment was GREAT! They had great entertainment every single night some shows with dinner. The restaurants where you ordered your food was some were really good but not much of a variety. When they do water volleyball it is only for 20 minutes where other activities are 45 minutes to an hour.

Dreams is well worth the money. The staff are friendly, the facilities are great, and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. If you are looking for resorts, this one is a winner.
