We got in very late Wednesday night. Thursday morning there was drilling right outside the windows at 6AM. We were told it’s until Friday so we requested a room change. The front desk said they would have a room for us by 10AM and will call, but they never called. When we followed up, they still didn’t have a room for us and they never followed up again. The drilling woke us up again at 6AM the following day and kept us up. We are on vacation in Las Vegas. We do NOT want to wake up to drilling at 6AM. We got housekeeping the first day and housekeeping never returned for the remainder of the 4 night trip. We even called and requested housekeeping at 11AM one day. We followed up at 2:30PM when we got back to the room and we were told they would expedite our request. We followed up again at 3:30PM and they said they wouldn’t be able to come that day. Pool also closed abruptly at 5PM. The music stopped mid song and the lifeguards started blasting her whistle telling everyone they need to get out of the pool. Everyone was confused because no one actually announced that the pool is closed. 2 of the 6 elevators are out of service. At one point we waited for 3 full elevators to go by before we were able to get on. Customer service appears nice and tells you one thing but they do not follow through. Pink mold in the shower. Dust on the furniture. Drawers are stuck.

Planet Hollywood Wedding - friends received discount for our block of rooms wanted to keep it center strip and reasonable . Check in on Thursday evening was smooth . Asked for a comp upgrade . Explained we had 10 rooms booked , chapel and dinner at Strip House . Upgraded to suite for $50 a night . It was amazing !! Wet bar, ice maker, two mini fridges,dining room table for 8, living room , bath and a half . En-suite bathroom was extravagant. Room was clean, button at door to indicate if you wanted housekeeping service . Chairs poolside $20 each. Drinks expensive but cold , service excellent . The chapel was cute - organist was late to ceremony .. the ceremony itself was short and sweet - 28 friends/family joined us . Photographer took lots of photos . Appointment next day to view - no pressure to buy. Dinner at StripHouse was amazing !! Each person complimented on how it was so good . Family living in Vegas said it was the best steakhouse meal they have had in a long time . Dinner was not rushed , service was point on . All arrangements made with Lori prior to the visit and she was a superstar ! Recommend to everyone !!!

Gambling so so.Food great.Blonde with fake blonde hair,glasses,and long nails very snotty at rewards counter.Get a personality.You know who you are.Great concert venue.We saw the Scorpions.

We really were impressed with Planet Hollywood! It’s central to everything on the strip, the room rates were reasonable, the rooms were beautiful, and we found cheap meals at the attached Miracle Mile Shops which was a bonus. Overall wonderful stay and we would definitely go back.

4th trip to Vegas but first time staying at Planet Hollywood, Best stay yet in Vegas. Room was excellent with a great soaker tub. Pool area was also great.
