We have stayed here so much the staff basically knows our whole family. Service is top notch. It’s clean. The rooms are HUGE and for our family of 7 COMFORTABLY which is no easy feat. Every room has two showers and a large double sink bathroom. Anytime we have any requests they are always taken care of. Carrie, Bobbie and Madison are an absolute joy to work with. They always help us with reservations and booking. Prices on food and water are high but let’s be real people, nobody comes to Disney for the low prices. Plus, you can have instacart deliver. Each room has a fridge and microwave ! The starbucks is not a “real starbucks” but the coffee is just as good. Super convenient to get coffee in the morning. Valet is easy to use. Just text and your car is ready to go. It is a little steep at $24 a day though. The water park is amazing. Our kids could literally spend all day there! As for the 5 star review, I want to go back to a story I’ve shared with literally thousands of people. When we came in 2016 my daughter who was 3 at the time had a medical emergency at Disneyland. She ended up spending 3 nights in ICU at CHOC children’s hospital. My mother and mother in law flew in from Seattle to help watch our son who was 5. Bill made it easy for them to get a room key after I explained what happened. The next morning they did something so incredible. Without me asking, they PAID for two park hopper tickets for my mother and mother in law. They did this so my son could still enjoy his trip to Disneyland and not be bogged down by the hospital stay. After we left ICU we were told we needed to stay close to a hospital for at least 3 days. Since we drove down from Seattle that meant we needed to extend our stay. The Marriott was very expensive for last minute bookings. The manager bill allowed us to maintain our excellent rate we had and keep the same room. Absolutely above and beyond. This act of kindness is why we stay here 99% of the time we visit Disneyland. It’s also why I’ve recommended this hotel to tens of thousands of people on YouTube and basically force friends and family to stay here (4 stayed this month alone). I’ll shout from the mountains “THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL EVER “ (ok maybe not a mountain ) Alex B (Melissa and Alex’s Family YT)

Clean spacious and close hotel to the park. Plenty of room for entire family in the suites. A little further of walk than I expected but still not bad at all. Themed very well and easy to park. Would recommend for families of 4 or more.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family of 2 kids to visit Disneyland. It was my first stay here, but I plan to return. The location is great and super convenient to bring my son back to the room to nap. The decorations for halloween time were fun and of high quality. My kids were scared at first, but by the end of the trip they found the spooky decorations to be a source of amusement. I want to also highlight that the staff at Courtyards by Marriott are all very friendly and professional. Additionally, Noah in the gift shop, stood out to my family as being refreshingly polite and helpful every day and especially the evenings. After a long day at Disneyland, Noah has just the right level of energy and professionalism to make me smile, even when getting kid’s fever medication! Thank you, Noah and Courtyards team!

We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting Disneyland and it exceeded all of our expectations! We had a family bunk room, with 4 kids, and it was perfect. Big bathroom and an easy 5-10min walk to Disneyland. Service was outstanding and kids loved the water park. Would absolutely recommend this hotel!!

While we frequent Disney World this was our first trip to Disneyland and it could not have been better. I attribute a lot of this to the hotel. After reading many 4 and 5 star reviews I chose this based on guest satisfaction and location to the parks but I could not have expected the level of luxury that came with it. It is absolutely beautiful inside and smells divine! The staff may not be employed by Disney but they absolutely provide top notch Disney guest service! We stayed in a room that had 2 queen beds and one set of twin bunk beds (which were like heaven!!) along with a small nook table and bench seating with not one but TWO showers and a giant sink area which made a week with 3 adults, a teen and a tween absolutely fantastic. Many of the rooms provide a view of the theme park and/or the nightly fireworks or the water park which is another huge plus. We absolutely loved relaxing at the waterpark while the kids enjoyed the slides. There's a small pool for babies as well and the entire water park is staffed with two life guards. If I could add one thing to this park it would be a pool big enough to soak in. There is one about 3.5 feet deep but it's not really big enough to enjoy. The hotel has a restaurant with amazing food, a gift shop that provides so many Disney, Universal, and general Anaheim gifts and trinkets. And possibly best of all..A STARBUCKS! Now, it's not a full Starbucks as it's hotel owned so it doesn't have a full menu but that being said, everything I had was 110% accurate and delicious! The hotel offers room charging which makes things very convenient. There is a very small "convenience store" of sorts that is open 24 hours to provide small snacks, desserts, and drinks that we used a few times but the gift shop open daily has even more items. Microwavable food, pop tarts, cereal, chips, etc. They also offer valet parking which really we didn't need because we walked EVERYWHERE. Again, its amazing. It's literally a 5 minute walk to the parks and along the way there's a Mimi's cafe, panera, McDonald's IHOP and Captain Kidds Buffet! If you're visiting Universal there is a shuttle outside the hotel that partners to give rides to Universal. It's pricey (i believe it was $34 per person per day) but it seems very nice and provides transport to the park each morning at opening and each night a closing. Overall, I literally felt like we were in a Deluxe resort at Walt Disney World and I cannot imagine any of the three Disney owned and operated hotels being any better. Oh, did I mention that this is also a Disney Good Neighbor hotel?!?! Which equals benefits and the ability to book through Disney and utilize the ART! Have a magical trip :)
