Excelente drinks ?? Luis robles y Kevin. Our Stay here is most relaxed ?? all the way from Chicago for a 5 night stay and we were greeted with care and attentiveness!

Hard working staff including Marleny from the Palimares Bar. She was attentive, professional, friendly, and extremely creative in making delicious drinks. The other stand out staff was Jose a waiter in the main buffet as well as night staff for the Italian restaurant. He greeted ALL guests with an energy and spirit that was both authentic and engaging. He WILL no doubt be running one of these resorts some day. We are golfers and the 18 hole Caribe course was preferred to the 9 hole on the resort and though the golf was “free” the mandatory cart rental for $50 USD per seat was excessive. Many thanks to a sweetheart receptionist Estephanie. She was delightful and a superior ambassador for the course. Congratulations on hiring and training great people!

The service and the staff is impeccable. Big thumbs up for Kenia and Andreina at the buffet. They were very kind to us and our daughter. The beach is GORGEOUS and very comfortable. I highly recommend paying for the extra to get the privileged rooms because the non renovated are very outdated. When you spend your evenings in your room (because, you know… kid’s bedtime) it is nice to have a big bed and a nice room to be in. We got a privileged room with a king bed and asked to add a single bed which they made happen very quickly. The hotel environment is really nice. Big palm trees, a lot of ducks and turtles. We enjoyed the four à la carte restaurants as well. The steak house and the Japanese were our two favorites. Make sure you try the Arômes café, the pastries are delicious. Everywhere the staff is exceptional. We are two dads so sometimes we can get weird comments but we did not (except when we asked for one bed they asked a few times if we were sure). However every one else, WOW.

Joanna Yan, great service from one of the staff. Very attentive, friendly and professional. The food was of great quality, the drinks too. I was also impressed with the hygiene and the surroundings to keep unwanted animals away. Thank you very much.

Luis from Tapas is great! Delmeria at the main buffet makes the best ice coffee!! People are friendly and resort is nice. Few issues with room being ready on time and room service. Would still come back. Resort needs designated smoking areas though, by the pool and right at the bars is inconsiderate it most of the non smokers
