Wow what can I say, this is the most amazing holiday we have ever been on. The resort is beautiful, the food and drinks were AMAZING and you could not get bored here, always something to do if u wanted to and the entertainment team had us laughing and joining in fun activities on a dailey basis. The staff work so hard day and night and could not do enough for you. We came for our honeymoon for 5 nights and loved every moment. Tbh I think this has ruined other resort properties for us. Buildings were super clean, service was amazing and friendly, food was excellent, and we had the best beach in the area! Loved the variety of restaurants and that things were easy to get to. The grounds were also beautiful, full of greenery and cute little nooks to discover.

Beautiful resort. Great view and good food. Don’t have to leave the resort at all. Great ambience. Really enjoyed myself!

We spent 5 nights at Secrets Akumal in April for our anniversary and it was AMAZING! The rooms were beautiful! Everyone was so nice and really cared about making everyone feel at home! Every morning they worked so hard to clean the seaweed from the beach!!! You can tell they really care about the beauty of their resort! More than the resort, we will miss seeing the smiling faces of everyone who worked there! Alejandro was so helpful on the couple of mornings we sat on the beach. He was always friendly and took time to chat with us! Karla was so sweet and literally did everything she could to help us while we were there! She took the time to listen and went the extra mile for us! We appreciate her! Diana was so sweet and always made us feel welcome the many times we came into the preferred lounge. Thank you for adding to our FUN! She is so kind hearted and made our stay enjoyable!!! Fernanda was our building concierge and her warm welcoming smile could light up the building! She even took the stairs with me on our first day! She works hard to ensure all the guests are enjoying their stay! She was genuine and so helpful! Dimitri, Miguel & Guzman - Thank you guys for the carajillos and for keeping my husband's cup FULL and helping us to feel welcome! I can't say enough about how much fun we had thanks to you guys! Israel we enjoyed seeing you in the preferred lounge! You also helped us feel welcome and we really appreciate it! Jose thank you for the Spanish lesson! You are an awesome part of the entertainment team! We also had a Romantic dinner on the beach and the food was fantastic! They were on a schedule but they never made us feel rushed. We we're able to take our time and enjoy each course! Everyone was sooooo nice and made our anniversary feel special!!!!! The nightly shows were also AMAZING!!!! Love everyone there! Beautiful resort. Delicious food. The men’s dress code for dinner is terrible and outdated. Pools are great.
