First time at a Sandals resort but hopefully won't be the last! Our Sandals experience at Halcyon Beach was excellent from start to finish. Lovely little touches such as the welcome song. It was also great to have the use of a shower room on our last day as we had a late evening flight, meaning we could still enjoy our time in the sun. Thank you to the Reception staff for sorting this out for us. We never had a bad meal during our stay. The quality and choice of food was outstanding, whether it was at the buffet style restaurant or from a menu with table service. It was also very easy to book for the 2 restaurants that required advance booking. Also outstanding was the service received from all the staff, Sandals should be very proud of them. We can't mention them all, but special thanks to Zakiya, Casandra, Mauritia, Jo, Jaden and of course Vince.

What a stunning resort. The rooms, gardens, restaurants, beach are of the highest standard. The most important element was the exceptionaly friendly and helpful staff. A thoroughly wonderful experience.

Having my wedding at Sandals was the best thing I ever have done. Shandulla was super attentive and always make me feel comfortable and anxious free. The photographers were totally worth the price - one waited for us to change into our dinner attire to finish our wedding shots during the sunset! My hair and makeup by Red Lane Spa by Esma came out perfect. They lay out lovely petals the night of your wedding and the next day as your honeymoon. Have your wedding at the gazebo, you will not regret it. The flowers are lovely. The resort - literally the nicest people I have ever met working. The beach is lovely, except it was red flag 2 days with seaweed. The locals do walk back and forth trying to sell items. The drinks keep coming, many of them sweet and light. The sushi at Soy was incredible, as was Kelly's. We also did snorkeling one morning; we saw lots of fish, the water was calm, and we were supplied high quality equipment.

We have recently returned from a holiday at this resort…there are so many positive things to say….we were slightly disappointed when we first saw our room as it’s a little dated…however the bed was lovely and comfy and the shower was brilliant. We stayed in a swim up room which was overlooking the amazing crystal lagoon…the best pool we have ever enjoyed! The grounds of the resort are beautiful….there is a lovely relaxed vibe to the place. We renewed our wedding vows during our stay and we cannot rate the wedding planning team highly enough…..our wedding planner was a lovely lady called Techla. As soon as we met her, she made us feel at ease and was so helpful and professional sorting out every single detail for us to make sure the ceremony went without a hitch. It exceeded all our expectations and was a very special day which we will never forget. All the members of the team should get a mention…Shandulla, Nadege, Micky, Stany, Ryan and Tevin….first class service! The staff here really make this resort special… a few we want to mention…..Dolores, Richie, Raj, Omar and Vince. There were a few small niggles that I feel mean this resort isn’t a 5*…. The housekeeping was a bit hit and miss, we sometimes had to chase the staff as the fridge in the room didn’t get topped up with water, coke etc…the air conditioning in our first room ( 806 ) wasn’t working despite three or four attempts by the maintenance team to repair it…when the electrics in the room also went off, we asked to be moved to a new room which the team accommodated straight away. The second room ( 702 ) was lovely….as I say, these were little niggles and they in no way detracted from the enjoyment of our stay.

A beautiful location, a wonderfully small and perfect hotel, nice rooms and room locations, great food, and even better service. Everyone was constantly smiling and checking in on us! We utilized the butler service and it was 100/10 Pluta, Willard, and Christal were always on time, always put extra effort in to assure we had the best trip! Thank you
