We had a great time here on our honeymoon , everyone made us feel so welcome. We never felt confused or left out of activities. The entertainment staff had us laughing so hard. The info desk helped us plan every little detail and explained the spa services so well! Maria(check in), Pedro(entertainment staff), Alan(entertainment staff), Roberto(tour desk), Greta (nail technician) , Michelle(tour/spa desk) and Ignacio (pool bar). This is somewhere you would want to come back for anniversaries because you made such good memories. You will have a great time here for sure.

As a first time Mexico traveler, I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Sun Palace. The food is great, vibes/people/staff (Pedro, Alan and Enrique) made our stay very welcoming and fun from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend and will be revisiting.

From the moment we walked into Sun Palace, it was more than we could have imagined. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. They showed us the layout of the resort, the importance of making reservations for the restaurants as they book quickly. Our oceanfront room had spectacular views Our entire experience was amazing Highly recommend

My wife and I spent a wonderful week at Sun Palace (SP). We played golf (twice). We monopolized the great Awe Spa and spent a lot of time at the pool. We ate in mouthwatering restaurants, indulging in great wine selections. It was a wonderful vacation. All the staff provided excellent service, and looked after all our needs. They made us feel special, and ensured we enjoyed our stay. We were assisted by Samuel Coronado in coordinating our schedule. Listed below is a summary of our experiences at the various facilities, and the people who took care of us: There are four restaurants at SP. We enjoyed the varied menus of food from around the world: 1. La Tratto – Upscale Italian Restaurant. We ate dinner here on three nights. The first night, our server Sophia helped us make our dinner choices. Alexandra, the Sommelier helped us pick the right wine to match our food choices. The manager Monica and the Chef Karina prepared tasteful dishes. The second night, Gabriela served us scrumptious dishes, and the Sommelier Alexandra again picked out the wine for us. The manager, Ismael, helped with our dessert selection. On our third meal there, Adrian and Emanuel provided excellent service. The Chef Fernando made us a special dessert. 2. Thai – Asian Restaurant. – We ate dinner here on one night. Our server Ricardo and his assistant Georgi helped us choose our different courses. Alexandra helped us with the wine selection. The manager Ismael made sure we had a wonderful evening. 3. Fuego – Steak and Sea Food Restaurant. We ate dinner here on two nights. Marcos assisted us in picking our menu for the evening and provided excellent service. Ali, the Sommelier, helped us pick an excellent wine to pair with our meal. On our second night, Guillermo and Gabriel provided excellent service. We also had lunch here, with Ingrid providing cheerful service. 4. Aurora – Mexican Restaurant. We ate dinner here on one night. Gerardo and his helper Daniel provided stupendous service, while the Sommelier Alexandra pick out a wonderful wine. Efrain, the manager, and the assistant Food Service Manager Fresia ensured we had a great evening. We also ate here for breakfasts and lunches. Our waiter for these meals, Eduardo, always provided excellent service and looked after our every need. 5. Riviera Maya- for Breakfast and Lunch. This restaurant is at the Moon Palace Golf Course. We ate there before and after a round of golf. The a-la-carte menu has many great choices. Francisco provided excellent service on our first day of golf. Emilio, our server on our second day of golf, whom we have known for many years, helped us make our picks. Janeth assisted in the service. The service and the food were wonderful. The Pools by the Auror Restaurant. – We spent time at these pools. Illana, Hector, Raquel and Jeronimo, the Pool Concierge, made sure we had enough towels, and the right amount of sun and shade by the pool. The Sweets and Coffee shop in the lobby had wonderful selections. We played golf at the Moon Palace Golf Course on two days. Luis and Antonio assisted us in getting our carts ready and stocked, and starting our rounds. We decided to spend a day at Le Blanc hotel. David served us a delicious breakfast. At the pool, Caesar Marcos and Jesus helped us enjoy the day. The Awe Spa at SP – we always look forward to the Spa treatments at Sun Palace. I had a relaxing Hot Stone Massage by Yuribia, a delightful Deluxe Manicure and Pedi by Gerta, and a refreshing back and scalp massage by Adriana. I also had a wonderful Holistic massage by Karen. I used the various spa facilities with help from the wonderful staff, assisted by Raymonod and Eric. My wife had a rejuvenating Hot Stone Massage by Indra Artigas Salomon and a Refreshing Facial and a leg massage by Doryszimi. As normal, the Spa services and staff were wonderful. We attended the nightly show on two occasions. The Magician/mentalist David Magee amazed us in his amazing acts. The Fire Show was very entertaining. Our airport greeter Carlos, our driver to the hotel Geraldo and the SP bellhop Samuel helped us upon our arrival. Our housekeeper made sure our room was clean and neat. This was a wonderful, but short, weeks’ vacation, and we thank all the staff for their unending attention.

Chef’s Dinner was fabulous! Valenteen’s singing was superb! The chefs courses Walter amazing. Great variety of wine choices also. Of course all wait staff was fabulous, as within the whole property! Great evening no one should miss! You don’t want to miss out!
