Great hotel in a central position along the strip. Would of given 5/5 but hotel does not include bottle water or coffee in resort charge. However, small coffee shop on ground floor next to casino gave free Americano refills if you kept your receipt. Really nice pastries served there too. Plenty of restaurants and bars in hotel. If I go again would definitely stay here. If you want a view of the Bellagio fountains stay in Chelsea Tower in an odd numbered room.

The hotel was not the standard I expected. It isn’t Vegas style. Rooms are nice but not over the top. WiFi in the rooms is 1-2 bars at the most. So it is slow. Not just my room but the other two rooms we have for family it is the same strength. iPads in the rooms. For what purpose ? You can turn lights on and off with it. Big deal. You can see the temp of the room and adjust, big deal, the thermostat is on the wall. You can see the room service menu but you still have to call and place the order. No ordering from the iPad. So it is a waste of expense and useless. Pool was nice, service a bit slow. Overall this hotel is better than some on the strip but to me other than the balcony it doesn’t have much going for it.

We came to Vegas to celebrate the wife's birthday, and the Cosmo made for a great first experience! Checking in at the Autograph lounge was a breeze, and we were upgraded to a One Bedroom Terrace Room with a view of the strip. Location is great, with central access to many strip attractions. The hotel is almost a miniature city with countless restaurants and shops. We ate at Scarpetta and EggSlut, and had some drinks at the beautiful Chandelier bar, but could have spent days trying to see all the options. Service was always friendly and prompt. My only issues were minor - soundproofing on the windows wasn't great, so I had to download a white noise app even though we were on the 53rd floor! The concierge also indicated they would send us some chocolates for my wife's birthday and then never did. Otherwise, this was a great introduction to Vegas. Would definitely consider the Cosmo again!

This was our first time at the Cosmopolitan and we loved every minute. The rooms were big and immaculate with awesome views. The staff were awesome and the location was perfectly located. The best part of this newer hotel is in the design. Stylish and luxurious but very functional. Some of the other older hotels on the Strip are so poorly designed that it takes a two mike hike from the parking to lobby. Here everything is centrally located and so easy to get around. Cosmopolitan will be our new go to hotel every time we visit Vegas from here on out. Thanks for a great time.

I've stayed at this property twice this year. I'm an Ambassador level Marriott guest. First time was magical (Sunday night). The Autograph Lounge was amazing for expedited check in, I was upgraded to a gorgeous room, etc. etc. Then I come back this weekend (Friday night) and I'm treated like something on the sole of every hotel employee's shoe. I requested a king bed three months ago and was told it was no problem -- then at check in I'm told to pound sand. The room I receive has dingy, worn carpets, doors and drawers don't close, etc. I'm again offered nothing... even when I say that I will leave the property if I can't be given a room with the bed I was promised. Just a "best of luck to you". Avoid at all costs on the weekend.
