    This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had on the strip, hotel room smelled really bad of marijuana smoke, it was very noisy, i could hear the people next to me yelling all night, bad customer service, i highly recommend you do not book here!

    Enjoyed my stay & would definitely stay here again. King deluxe suite with city view was great!!!! Self parking wasn't bad at all. The Hotel was covid ready with sanitizer and mask stations everywhere.

    We had a wonderful stay at Harrah's. Despite other reviews, our room was great, just like the pictures online. The staff was very nice and friendly. Check in and out was very fast and professional. Will stay here again.

    And get this, we are platinum members. The flyer mailed to us with rewards was a total sham because they would not honor it; host and service person said they could not help us. What kind of service is this? Never again will we visit ANY CR casino/hotel! Don't let this happen to you; call ahead of time your offers/rewards are going to be honored or else you will get the run around when it comes time to get your so called "rewards". - very disappointing! (Rooms were okay, not great) casinos did have sanitizer machines, no temp. checking; and most (not all) people wore masks.

    Their employees have to be the rudest I have ever encountered. While trying to park an overheight vehicle we found NO self parking for it and when we approached the valet parking we were directed to the open self parking to the east of the high roller that was a considerable distance to the hotel. The valet attendant said that we could not use the lot for overheight vehicles. We ended up parking in the Linq lot. At check in we were directed to a kiosk instead of a person. Their "ambassador" was a nag who only wanted to tell me to wear a mask. When I tried to explain that I suffer from a medical condition that made it hard to breathe with a mask on she interrupted me to ask if I needed to see an emt. She didn't want to listen to what I was saying. While gaming my wife sat to play a table game and I was standing behind her. The dealer watched us approach so he knew we were a couple but INSISTED I had to stand 6 feet away from the table. That was the last straw for me and I retired to our room. We left the next morning and I will never return to Vegas again. All that and having to pay a resort fee for bad customer service! I'll spend my money at the AVI next time.
