    Wonderful October Getaway

    We are Iberostar members and this was our first time staying at the Iberostar Grand Paraiso. The facilities are beyond amazing and the service is exceptional. Oscar and Mirna were our concierges in the beach Star Prestige area. They anticipated all of our needs especially getting us off the beach and to our massage appointments on time. Martin was always attentive with our drink orders. In our opinion, the Gourmet Restaurant is the best gastronomic experience. Special thanks to Gonzolo, Ivan, and the sommelier, Christian. Christian covers all the restaurants and is "spot on" with his wine recommendations. Don't miss the pistachio dessert at the Gourmet restaurant! Awesome spa services. Take the time for a massage and use the various therapeutic pools. Feeling rejuvenated and ready to go back to the real world again.

    Wow our 9th trip to Iberostar Grand Paraiso. The service is impeccable!! Martin at the the club service beach area is superb!! We cannot wait to come back in April to see all the wonderful staff and amenities!! Pure Gold!! Thanks again Martin!! You’re wonderful!!!

    My Husband and I are here on our Honeymoon and several people stand out, but we wanted to give a special shout out to Nicole, here on an internship with the activities department. She made sure my Husband and I knew about shows and activities and made it really fun to participate. She showed us activities we would have not know about without her. She is truly an asset to the Hospitality industry and the Grand is lucky to have her. We loved meeting her! We look forward to the rest of our trip here!

    This was my first trip, my wife's third, trip into Mexico and boy, did the Iberostar Grand Paraiso set the standard high!! The location was nothing short of phenomenal. The views of our room overlooking the sea were amazing. My wife and I spent each morning enjoying a cup of room service coffee as the sun rose over the water. I truly cannot say enough positive things about the staff throughout the week. Each individual of the company always addressed us with a smile and a greeting. The politeness was consistent throughout our week long stay no matter if it were the groundskeepers, concierge, or the bartenders. The level of effort the entire establishment put in to making sure you were completely happy was resounding. While each individual was incredibly nice, there were some employees who went above and beyond to make us feel pampered: Oscar, Adrian, and Angel of the entertainment staff Jesus and Noel (?) of the pool hut staff Gael of the concierge staff All of the above members completed small acts throughout the week to elevate my wife and I's experience of Iberostar. These individuals are models of not only great employees, but what any company would strive to hire. In closing, my wife and I found our first trip to the Iberostar nothing short of spectacular. From the staff, to the food, and night time entertainment, it was very apparent why the Iberostar has such amazing acolytes. We will definitely be returning much sooner than later!

    Daniel - our in room butler. So hospitable and learned quickly exactly what we liked. Always seemed to be nearby every evening to check on us and make sure we had everything we wanted. He’s a gem! Luz and Maritza - our am/pm maid service. So warm and welcoming. Rooms are ALWAYS clean. Left extra bath supplies once they saw how much was used. Turn down daily, left beautiful surprises and notes. Erik - our welcoming concierge. Very friendly and welcoming. Assisted with reservations and excursions. This resort is impeccably clean. Marble is polished constantly. There’s not a smear on glass anywhere. Floors glisten. Carpets are vacuumed constantly. Smells like the tropics, airy and warm. Room a/c keeps cold well - keep the balcony door shut. Room service is very good - margarita pizza, salmon and the shrimp were divine. Mini bar is stocked with all kinds of drinks, sodas and water. If you prefer another beverage, they’ll switch it out no problem and restock you. 3 bottles of champagne brought to us plus Rosé. Made sure we always had enough water. The gym in the Grand is fairly small but when I went in the mornings before 11am, it was never busy (2-3 people max including me) and got the job done. I just didn’t feel like taking a golf cart to the big gym for the whole resort complex. Gym is well air conditioned and provides towels/water. Gym is CLEAN. Doesn’t smell at all. Infinity pool is exquisite and the bar staff is on point. Towel service at the pool is always friendly. Pools are CLEAN always. Beach raked by machine every morning. Breakfast here is out of this world. Same for lunch at Las Brisas. Loved all the healthy options, fresh fruit veggies and seafood galore. Service is just truly amazing. Everyone is so warm and kind. APPRECIATIVE. Can not wait to come back.
