Excellent hotel, beautiful beachside location and views, great amenities and varied selection of foods and cocktails. We received The Level upgrade and enjoyed the extra care and service, although our room was far away from the main restaurants and bars in the hotel. Staff were overall very friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was clean and spacious as well, thank you to the housekeeping who were excellent and very friendly. The beach is fantastic, clean water and white sands.

Treat yourself to a vacation in a wonderful place in the Caribbean, with a stunning beach, a beautifully designed hotel and above all else: its staff!!! If you can, book The Level! And I hope you are so lucky to be welcomed by The Level's head of reception staff, Frank! He perfectly embodies both professionalism and Cuban hospitality. What are you going to find? Luxurious and very clean rooms, beautiful and extremely clean swimming pools, majestic and well-decorated architecture, a wide variety of restaurants to please all tastes, bars with a variety of cocktails and premium drinks... you will find all of this at Melia las Américas. Melia in this Hotel, my congratulations!! And when Jorgito at the pool bar makes you a spectacular cocktail (ask him whatever you want, quality is guaranteed) with that friendliness he has and Heydi serves you at the Limoncello with his broad smile, or at breakfast Oslaydi serves you so diligently, or when Yomaika pampers you at the Gourmet restaurant, or with Mandy, Luisito, Rey, Daymi, Bryan...so many friends... you will wonder how I learned all their names, come to this hotel and you will see that they won’t let you forget them. They are all amazing people who truly enjoy serving you. As I told you... stop reading and book!!

Lobby bar was an amazing experience, each night especially with the 5 star service from Yeilen, our favourite server. We will definitely return for a visit to this resort to enjoy another great experience of great food drinks and memories.

Another fantastic holiday a Melia Las Americas…this was our 10th visit! We spent our Honeymoon there, and return every year for our anniversary trip. Amazing staff, beautiful grounds, lovely service at The Level and the beach can’t be beat. Raul takes care of the beach and pool area and is a wonderful person we look forward seeing every year.

A most wonderful 7 days in beach paradise ! The view of the oceanfront from the lobby hotel is breathtaking. So much so that I sat about 5hrs at the Cascada cafe on our last day to take it all in ! The activities offered in the evening were always very entertaining. The staff were generally pleasant. The best team of the resort was located at the pool bar on the Level side! Tasteful drinks, catchy music, flavorsome food & amazing company! Everyday Guillermo's contagious laugh is heard throughout the pool area and brings a smile on everyone's face. The playful Danay with her great sense of humour makes for everyone to feel included around the bar. The beautiful and patient Yusmila is a pleasure to have around! Last but not least, the mysterious and sexy Jorgito who is the master mixologist always making sure there's a drink in all the guests' hands ! A big thank you to the team to have made our trip even more special !
