Geraldo was an excellent bartender! He was friendly and very helpful. He was always there to assist us with any questions we had. He showed great concern for our comfort and helped to translate Spanish to English.

The resort was beautiful and the staff wonderful. Upon arrival they checked our temps and grabbed our bags to sanitize. My husband was very concerned about COVID precautions and he never felt at risk. We have the preferred and got upgraded to a suite. The rooms were clean and our fridge restocked every time we had housekeeping come in. With the resort at low capacity there were restaurants not open but this is to be expected and what needs to be done for them to survive. We never went hungry. Wishing I was there still.

Great place for a vacation

The Dominican people are such nice wonderful people. They were so friendly. The beach was so nice. It was clear blue green color just like in the pictures you see in magazines. The wait staff were great. Especially Willy in the Italian restaurant. He was very friendly. He remembered our names and what we liked. I would really like to go back again after covid is over and the place is more full. The scuba shop was fantastic. They were great and did an excellent job certifying my daughter. The reef was beautiful. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful, clean, resort. Gracious staff. A little bit of a wait for restaurant service. The Spa was lovely. Kenia, Carmen, Yaque, Mossill and Tania were so kind and sweet in their service. The beach is clean.

From day one we received upgrades. The resort, the staff, the pools, beach and rooms are amazing. The COVID precautions are good. Maridalia was our representative from UVC and Antonio of Customer Support, attended to all of our needs. Other than the hiccup with room-service dinner orders, they ensured we had VIP service thereafter. They ensured the remainder of our trip was fantastic. Private Dinner and Breakfast on the pier and a special dinner on our last night. Nice job!
