Michelle at the adult pool was a rock star! She made us feel welcome, took care of our every need, and made awesome suggestions for drinks and food! The hotel is clean, and has a vibrant vibe. Food was tasty and there was a nice variety. We arrived a little before check-in but we’re able to get our room at check-in time! Thanks Michelle and Buenaventura for a fabulous Mexico visit!

Such a beautiful place, the highlight was the waitress Cathrine in the buffet! She was so amazing, kind and caring! Was my favourite person at the resort. We came for a wedding and it was amazing! So beautiful and smooth! The rooms were exactly like the photos, I would say they are pretty small but that’s fine. There aren’t many things to actually do on the resort I found, the seven days we were here there were like .. maybe 2 days there were things to do. But if you leave the resort it’s very fun!

Service was great! We consistently had Catherine as our waitress and she was lovely!! Super friendly and made us feel welcome! A great spot for anyone looking to get away!

This is a beautiful hotel that has been kept immaculately clean, the food is delicious. There’s lots of healthy options. There’s not a ton of different restaurants but everything is so so good. The service is unreal. We were very well tended to by Tatiana and Fatima, Just to name a few people. Service at the adult pool was 11/10!! It’s an excellent mix of all inclusive and also being right in town! Will be back for sure. Only thing to mention for kids it’s not a great beach for swimming, but so easy to Uber to lots of close places:)

Michelle at adult poolside bar was very attentive and made sure our stay was very enjoyable. The drinks and snacks were the best.
