This is a decent hotel with good staff, beautiful pools, standard all-inclusive food and drink in a beautiful part of Puerto Vallarta (Mismaloya). Not much beach as it's in a little cove. The pools have really nice water features and the pools are lovely. It's a small resort that's easy to walk around. There's a little convenience store and they do a little night market on site. Overall, this is a fine all-inclusive for some relaxing in the sun and usually has a really good price point. I would recommend the upgrade to Premium. (Note - I had just spent 6 nights at Hotel Mousai which is a much more expensive property so I'm a bit jaded from that. LOL).

If you want to be away from the busy crowds of downtown Puerto Vallarta and just want to get away and relax, this is your place. You couldn't ask for better service or more comfortable and spacious accomodations.

Best bartenders in Mexico Alfredo and juventino took very good care of us. Will be back for those two. they make the best drinks. might even have to invite them to the wedding. Next time you are in Mexico make sure your find these two and get them to whip up a drink for you.

Alfredo’s and juventinos service in the swim up bar was spectacluar going to be hard leaving these two I would love to come back and enjoy the services with these guy I love the bar tenders amazing house made drinks and kind funny quick services

This hotel has everything loved the cleanliness entertainment food bar. We got the all inclusive so worth it. Friendly workers have nothing bad to say about Barcelo. We are planning trip with our kids now
