Great beach and great staff. You get more bang for your buck, and there was a good variety of tasty food. The oriental restaurant was out favorite.

Hello fellow travelers! I'm reviewing the Allegro Cozumel today. Just got back. Im only reviewing what we did an experienced. This was my 11th A.I. Resort is beautiful and the grounds are very well manicured. I checked in with separate Premier in a different bldg the bellhop took me to. Seamless. Restaurants: buffet was average at best. Lunch was the highpoint for us. Italian Ala cart: meh. Jaoanese: decent. They do the show cooking thing. Mexican: didn't do it. Careful when you make reservations to check the dates and times you give the person. They got # of people n dates wrong. Rooms: I did premium closer to beach. You get bathrobes, slippers and a couple of beach towels the first day to save you going to towel hut. Bottle of red and fruit plate that consist of banana, apple and orange. You also get to use Santa Rosa club. Separate lil breakfast and lunch and bar. Also private beach and pool away from the other guest's. I didn't use or take advantage of any if it because my friends didn't uograde.So waste of money..oh well. Their rooms in non premium were just fine. We all had mini bars. Alcohol: We were happy. Saw Tangaray, Jack,Jim,Absolute n others.cans of Modelo. Beach: NICE!!!!! plenty of loungers n water to play in. Message with questions will be happy to answer.. Arbey is the best!! Loved beach volleyball with Arbwy and the entertainment staff. So much fun with some of the best people we could ever have hoped to hang with on our vacation. Love ??. Carlos and Pedro are some of the best Chefs; the food is definitely amazing and it’s so great to get to meet the guys making the food!

This was my 4th trip to Allegro Cozumel. The staff here are amazing, Arbey is in charge of entertainment at the pool and at night for the shows, the main reason we come back here. The bartenders, Carlos, Luis, Rodger and Sergio always attentive to us. The restaurant is buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner with 3 specialty restaurants as well. We dive and Dive Pro is on the premises so easy to get on at the pier and go. Some of the most beautiful reefs and corals in the world. Saw Eagle Ray, Nurse sharks, turtles and huge Barracudas. So many Angel fish, puffers, etc... Can't wait to come back I'm leaving today to go back to USA and already planning my next trip.

This resort is smaller than most but it feels like home The buffet lunch staff is great—Sandra, Veronica knowing which tables we like to sit at; Felix, Mariela, Sammie and Floricel always had our drinks at the table when we got back with our food The Oriental restaurant is one of our favorites. Jorge the maitre de was so friendly and accommodating. Always checking to make sure we had everything we needed. The chef, Pedro, is our favorite but we had Carlos this time and he has really improved from last year. He was better at interacting with the people and adding a little comedy to his routine to keep us entertained The First Club staff was amazing as always. Arleen going above and beyond to help with an issue I had even after I got home. Hector helping with our dining reservations. The great bartenders—Luis, Christian, Alfredo, Omar, Floricel, Sergio. A great big shout out to Artero thank you so much for organizing that great sunset dinner on the beach. The food was amazing, the music was perfect and I can’t say enough great things about Henri, our waiter, he was so attentive and friendly. Thanks to both of you and the rest of the staff who made this happen (Manuel, RB, Angel, Johnny) sorry I can’t remember everybody’s names. You all made this one of the most memorable trips Thank you so very much
