We had the best service here on the beach by Juan!! He always had a smile on his face and so kind to everyone here in his section. He treated everyone with respect and kindness! He went out of his way to help find a different kind of chair for my husband because he hurt his back. Thank you Juan for your amazing service! Rennae and Jeff

This was a great property to stay at. Nothing closing enough to go to outside of property. Entertainment was horrible here so entertainment needs to be taken up a notch.

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING, THE FOOD, THE STAFF, THE SERVICE. There was only 1 little item that we would have liked; ZERO or DIET sodas are only available in room service. It would have been great to have had more cocktails with ZERO sodas as mixers

We stayed at this location for four days for our honeymoon and were absolutely blown away by the amazing food options! I mean, you aren't typically going to an all-inclusive resort for the food, but I was impressed. We spent pretty much every day by the pool and had the most amazing service by Edher A. He was so attentive to us and would bring fresh drinks before our cups were empty. He was prompt in taking our drink orders and anticipated when we would be hungry for food, always offering anything that we could have wanted. Poolside was a paradise because of how special he made our experience! He is also very knowledgeable in the restaurants at the resort and even helped put us in touch with the hostess for a romantic dinner at the seafood restaurant, totally going out of his way. The real reason I'm giving the review five stars is truly because of him! We will be back next year to use our free anniversary stay and hope to see our friend Edher there!
