During the time of checkin the lines were extremely long, so we opted for self check in on our phones through the app, which was quick, but was not given the option to upgrade the room on app. Once we went to the room, it was a super red. The curtain, the way, the blanket. It was a very outdated room for the price. It wasn’t even advertised as red in booking. Room had dust and dog hair in there. The reward membership person was unfriendly. There’s a lot to do around the hotel. Just service and room were very underwhelming

My favorite hotel! I have stayed at this hotel every year since they opened! I love the food options on site and they have three different pool areas! Don't forget the free tram to neighboring hotels.

Easy check in/out. Great food options, friendly staff. And did well gambling, so no complaints at all.

This was my first time staying at ParkMGM, formerly the Monte Carlo. I’m a creature of habit and wanted to try a different hotel on this trip. I’m so glad I did! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Customer Service Rep at check-in was delightful and seemed to genuinely care/make a connection with me. (I haven’t experienced that kind of service at any other properties in Vegas for years.) My room was well-appointed, bed/pillows were super comfy and room was very clean and well-maintained. Hotel and grounds are smoke-free and on the smaller side, which I truly enjoyed. There were lots of servers offering cocktails on the casino floor. There are 3 pools and a hot tub. I was able to find a chaise lounge everyday during my stay. If you’re looking for a party-pool scene, this place is not for you. I enjoyed relaxing and listening to the music played while still being able to talk to people in the pool. Lots of food choices throughout the hotel and it’s a quick walk to the Hello Kitty Cafe at the Park next door. Everyone I encountered throughout my stay was very pleasant. It was a lovely experience and I’ll definitely be back!

I was very disappointed not to have a mini fridge in the room to keep my milk cold and keep it from going bad. Why are there no mini fridge's in the room? Good location with access to Tram.
