    I recently came from this well mentioned hotel and it surpassed my expectations. The service was amazing. I ran into some amazing and memorable characters. Chrisnamurphy, Dorothy from Calabash has a heart of gols and is an exceptional cook.. This lady deserves recognition for her all round skills. Dershell from cold kitchen, Kervel along with Barber J wonderful duo. Micah, Richie, Ricky, Benjamin along with Bobby from sanitation. Lastly the one restaurant that made a long lasting impact on my stay there ‘Flip Flops’. .These guys have a chemistry that allows work to be done efficiently.. Big shout out to CURTLY, TESHANI, MARVIUS, ISHEE, KASHA,NISA, MERHALIA, CHAVEZ, GEE and the best for last DORY. Ths young lady wore a smile like it was sewn on to her face. Her energy and charisma is one that should be envied. She ensured that the area was always clean and always stocked. Teshani and her worked in unison, making sure that we were satisfied. Flip Flops definitely needs a reward or recognition. We will be back for you guys.

    This is our second trip to the resort, previously we stayed at Serenity, this year we chose Harmony and stayed in the concierge rooms on the third floor. As ever it was absolutely perfect. Clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Having gone through customs and passport control at the airport (a painless process), we made our way to the front entrance where a rep from the resort greeted us and got our private car to take us the 2.5 minute drive from airport to resort. At the resort we were met by Vernita from concierge who had cold towel and even colder rum punch to hand to us as we stepped from the car. Our baggage was taken to our room as we went through the check-in routine and arrival essentials, our mini bar was stocked with drinks of our choice and our holiday was well and truly underway.. As i mentioned earlier our room was excellent, cosy and had all we needed, It was tended to twice a day by Tracey or Kershama in the mornings and Angel, Natasha and Terah in the evenings from House keeping. They were all very professional and always up for a good chat. Also from house keeping were Melika, Stanza and Giselle who often asked us about our way of life as we asked about their's, having staff who are happy to chat as well as work is great. All of the bars around the resort were very well stocked and during our stay were looked after by Natasha from the swim up bar, Kensha at Harmony bar, Christa at the Paradise beach bar and Mitch from the rum bar. The variety of drinks is amazing and all mixed by happy chatty staff who certainly know their stuff. While lazing in the sun around the Splash Pool our liquid intake was taken care of by Chantal, Princess and Jacrae. Also I like to get away from the resort to sample the local bars and chat to the local residents. On the Saturday morning we took the hike into Vieux Forte under the guidance of Sam from the entertainments team who was brilliant and very informative As for the food.. I defy anyone who says they cant find anything on the menu to eat.. The choice of food available across the resort is vast. At breakfast the two venues, Coconut walk and Veranda, covered just about every breakfast food known to man. All of it cooked very well and hot. During our stay we were looked after across coconut walk buffet restaurant by Stacey, Laura and Petunia from front of house. Plenty of food was available throughout the day from outlets across the resort, but in my opinion the newly established BBQ grill up the beach by Paradise Beach Bar is a great asset, this served mainly burgers and sausages, but if requested the chef, Marvius, was known to cook chicken as well. Oh and the seasoning on his burgers is to die for. Evening dining was, as expected, top class with the restaurants offering a good selection of foods, although they are not all open every night, the only two that required a dress code were Calabash and Silk, but as simple as deck shoes, long trousers and a polo shirt will suffice, The buffet restaurant in coconut walk is quite relaxed just no wet bathing suits. Overall we can not fault our stay, the hotel or the staff, but the only thing i cant understand is the financial rewards for the staff if they get a mention on TripAdvisor. As you will have noticed i have mentioned some staff, and these staff did contribute to my excellent experience. However there are a large number of staff who we never seem to mention, who in their own little part, make a hugh contribution to our experience, these are of course the staff from the back room dept who work tirelessly washing the bedding, towels and of course all the crockery we use for our meals, and who we as guests never get to meet, normally, so never get a mention or the financial reward. I therefore actually went to personnaly thank some members of the back room staff for all they do and here are their names..Richie from the pot wash in Flip Flops and Alicia, Theresa and Serge from the pot washes in coconut walk. Let us also not forget the gardeners who keep the grounds in the magnificent condition we as guests expect to see them and the team of maintenance staff who keep everything ticking over. Please on your travels around the resort please ask to chat to these staff and say thank you, get their name and write it in here.... I truly hope the management will pass on my most heartfelt thanks to ALL of the staff for their extremely hard work. If i did miss your name off here please forgive me, there is an extremely large number of staff to remember. They are all as important as each other and a wheel will only work if all the cogs do their bit...     I’d like to say thankyou to all the staff as a whole at coconut bay who have been helpful and very kind during our stay and in the restaurant in particular kenny and Aaron have taken time out of there busy work shift in the restaurant to talk to me and my partner making us feel very welcome regularly checking we have enough to drink with our meals the experience has been Brillant from start to finish thanks

    the service was nice the bar I got pina coladas you got to control your fan and A/C kid friendly if you have kids in totally recommend Coconut bay owns 85 anchors of beach. My favorite waterslide was the blue and the tan was fun to!

    From Nov 2nd to Nov 9th we came to Harmony for the 3rd consecutive year, the same week. We have so much fun while there, with friends we have met there, who are also repeat guests as well. From the start with Nahid at the front concierge desk, to Mary at the egg station, Virginia our housekeeper, to of course “Big Ted “ in food services always getting my cold glass of milk for breakfast. He was the 1st person we met 3 years ago. We love these people as they seem to genuinely care about us being back. The resort has seen some love since last year. Well done. Lastly. The atmosphere at the Harmony pool bar is outstanding. Largest cause for the enjoyment is due to the “legend” Dillan and his partners Kensha and Kori . The odd appearance by Mitch just adds to the constant laughter. (Kensha even convincing me to sing her favourite Country song at karaoke) When Dillan can’t get out from behind the bar fast enough upon our arrival to welcome us back, shows one of the 2 reasons we really return. The other is the lifelong friends we have met there, and return once a year together to laugh, drink and eat in large quantities. Will be back the 1st week in November 2020 for more of the same.
