We stayed here because a family member was getting married here - loved it! Jorge is the best waiter and you can tell everyone from staff and guests, love having him around - he needs a raise!

Our stay at Buenaventura was wonderful. Our first visit to Puerto Vallarta and hopefully not our last. Jorge the poolside server made our trip remarkable, he is friendly, attentive and professional. The house-keeping staff were also wonderful, the food was good and the drinks were endless.

If I spoke Spanish would of been better and complaints resolved instead of liars at the front desk and dirty sheets with semen stains.

HORRIBLE PLACE - Do not be fooled by all the wonderful reviews. This place is an apartment building ran by lying, rude managers and staff. very small - dirty - old - smelly - horrible environment.

Overall the resort is pretty, got to hang by the plunge area daily with a great service from Michelle. She is very pleasant and attentive, always has a smile on her face when interacting with us. When you work in this kind of industry, you have to make sure you are like Michelle, great customer service no matter what the situation is.
